Smart Cremation

This is all you really need! Rebecca was very accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. She came to our house as we needed to have a personal meeting. Even our daughter and husband finalized their business with Smart Creation, after lots of research for when the time comes.

My husband and I purchased our cremation packages around 10 years ago. When my husband became very sick, I googled Smart Cremation to make sure they were still in business. Everything went SO smoothly, I never was concerned about anything. Tanya took care of EVERYTHING and reassured me during the whole process. I am so happy how things worked out...am glad my children will deal with them for my journey....THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Wow what a wealth of information, our presenter Jennifier was extremely knowledgeable of Smart Cremation legacy. I scanned the participants everyone appeared interested as she presented. Smart Cremation was one phone call away! Nothing else was needed. Ana walked me through the physical process of picking up my husband, through the necessary paperwork of getting his death certificate prepared and also notifying Social Security. I can't say enough about the person who took great care in preparing my husband for transport. Because he died in our home, my whole family was present. He detailed what he needed to do and left it to whichever family members wanted to be a part of his final send-off. He also gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Although my husband and I had preplanned everything with Smart Cremations a couple of years ago, it was a tremendous relief to me knowing these final details of my husband's life had already been made. However, 4 days later my son-in-law's mother passed away unexpectedly without any final plans or wishes being made. Again, one phone call to Smart Cremations and everything was handled. It's comforting for me to know that my passing will also be handled as efficiently and respectfully as was my husband's, with my children needing to only make that one phone call.

Rebecca was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout our journey in planning our cremation. She was forthcoming with information that included explanations of the company's process and legal requirements. Rebecca answered our questions without hesitation and allowed us time to process. This is never an easy process at anytime, even with preplanning, however she helped us in a calm matter. Highly recommend....

The information was presented well. To me this is like having insurance.......except you KNOW you will use this insurance. That being said, it is easy for someone to take your money and make promises. The actual benefit will be when I pass and they follow through for those I leave behind. Based on reviews that I saw from people that were left behind and really needed the services, most were happy with their services......some were not. I hope my family is in the majority of those that have no issues when I pass and the company follows through on all their promises. Obviously, I decided to trust they would follow through and help my family navigate through a difficult time.

My mom had signed up for Smart Cremation years ago and it was one of the best choices she had ever made. My mom passed suddenly a few weeks ago and with all the stress and chaos that was happening the one thing that put my mind at ease was speaking to Taeya Havens. I explained I didn't know what to do and that I was lost. She was able to easily explained all the steps involved with confidence and compassion. Everything was covered from start to finish and that provided so much piece of mind. Taeya truly was so incredibly nice, kind, efficient and caring. She even accepted texts when calls were so hard. My husband and I will be signing up so our kids will have the same piece of mind someday. Thank you all again for all that you do.
