PALS was so compassionate when they called and guided me through what I wanted for my Little Abby. They let me breakdown when needed and were so patient. Now I am even more impressed my Little Abby came home today, and I am really impressed with Pet and Animal Lovers Service, even more than I was. Everything is so beautiful. She came in a cedar box, with a name tag engraved with her name and her paw print in a case you can put a picture in the sleeve too. — at Ryck's Federation.

Had the unfortunate need to utilize their services for my cockateil that I lost after 24 years. The staff is very compassionate and make the entire process very efficient and comfortable. Don't let the surrounding area scare you off. Their office is in a fairly industrial part of town. But again they are warm and caring folks who want to make sure you are taken care of during this difficult time.

Our Brownie was taken here from the Vet Er. I was called the next day by Felicity and she was so kind and caring. She sat patiently as I cried making the arrangements. I can’t thank you enough for the phone call and walking me through everything. When we picked Brownies ashes up the amount of compassion that was shown to us was very much appreciated.

My dog Mandy was a friend and companion for 14 years. she passed away at home last Saturday morning. Unsure about aftercare for my dear friend, I began the google search and found PALS. I noticed the reviews on Yelp and made the call to them in the early afternoon. I spoke to Judy who was very comforting and understanding. When I arrived at PALS Judy assisted me in bringing her into the facility and into a private room where she explained all the options and was very accommodating and comforting to me. She let me spend as much time as I wanted with Mandy to say my goodbyes and was very understanding about my grief and offered comforting reassurances about their care of her. I was able to pick her up a few days later and was treated with the same respect, dignity and concern. The service here is exceptional and the cost is very affordable. Thank you Judy and PALS!

After our chinchilla, Marley, passed suddenly and unexpectedly, we began searching for a cremation service for him. I called multiple services, but PALS stood out among them all; From the moment I spoke to them on the phone, they were incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind throughout every interaction. They gave us ample time to spend with him as we said our goodbyes and even saved his little whiskers in a glass vial as a keepsake at our request. They also gave us a handwritten sympathy card along with his ashes which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. If you're reading this, I'm sending you love, but know that your fur babies are in good hands at PALS. We were very relieved with the entire process and experience as we put our little guy to rest.

Amazing service. If your pet is your child, this is the place to go for their final goodbye. We miss Gigi dearly, her sister is lost with out her.
