Pleasant, professional staff. Organized and timely service. IV installed with minimal pain and perfect results first time. CT scanner performed flawlessly. Overall very good experience One thing to be aware of - there is extensive health info to be filled out ahead of time - at least 15 minutes - so come early. Perhaps going forward they should consider sending patients a link to fill out the info ahead of time?

I was impressed from the moment I walked inside the door. This is an awesome facility-You are able to get your test results soon after your procedure. No waiting for your doctor to call you results. That you may or may not get two weeks. Doctors need to be a patient and feels how it is to wait for them to call you. Perhaps and course in communication may help. Or iv insertion course. These may seem basic but they sure would aleviate many unnecessary problems. Everyone at your facility was Wonderful. Going above and beyond the call of duty. Staff appeared happy and that they liked their job. Worked as a team helping one another. I will definitely come back for future proceeders Keep up the Great Job!❤️ Julie Voyles

I was fortunate to get my MRI done here. The staff was friendly and approachable. Although I was not feeling very well, they displayed compassion and understanding. The tube is definitely no fun, but the machine was top level and the tech was incredible. He took the time to make sure I was ok throughout the process and helped me up from the machine while I regained my sense of self again. I would say that I would love to come back, but my hope is that I, nor any of you reading this, will ever have to get these kinds of tests anymore. Praying for positive results.

I had a really great experience. I was feeling pretty nervous going in, but the staff immediately put me at ease with their kindness and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how quick and efficient everything was. There was very little waiting, and the procedure itself went smoothly from start to finish. It made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown by the team. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone needing an MRI!

I was seen at my appointment time, the tech Vicente and his student Kevin made me comfortable during this process and handled me with care they are great team! Keep up the good work!

Front desk didn’t know I could walk in for calcium score and turned me away. Made an appoint and they cancelled it 30 mins before I got there… I went anyway and they told me that the person who called me was not honest and that they actually had pulled the tech to mercy care facility ( the woman on phone told me that the tech had an emergency) . While I was there the front desk people were overwhelmed and making mistakes that I witnessed. Watched a lady come up and say this isn’t my paperwork , the front desk gal looked through papers and took one and put it in trash….oops hippa That being said , today went smooth and fast. They had a contracted tech who was efficient and knowledgeable.

Customer service was great, all my questions were answered politely and professionally. The young lady who performed the MRI was just as polite and professional. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. This was the first MRI and I was little nervous. Thank you for the excellent service.
