Marina was great! We had a issue we've been trying to resolve for days and after going to several other stores and hours on the phone she finally helped us get everything figured out. She was very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend going to this location because of her.
Both Marina and David took the time to offer me assistance to resolve my problem. I was happy to see Tony (a familiar face from different location) at this location since he has helped me and my wife since just about we've had our account with AT&T. Thank you all once again.
Yesterday, we visited the store to transfer four lines from Verizon to AT&T and to add a fifth line for our younger son. Karen was very helpful throughout the entire process; she was both knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, Huge shoutout to Antonio/Tony Manager for stepping in while the store was supper busy and helping us get everything started so that Karen could complete the transaction.
These are some of the most incompetent employees. Something as simple as a phone activation resulted in not only locking up the new phone, but did a factory reset on my phone without completing any data transfer! Lost data, memories, etc all because they couldn’t get a sale! Very disappointed
