I expected better shoes. They had some cute Tommy wedges. They had cute dresses. I was looking for bigger sizes. Thats limited. The store had a odd smell in some places in the store. Rr where not very clean. They had tp and seat covers so thats always a good thing. The employees where nice.

I LOVE MARSHALLS!!! They have the best stuff. They make it super easy to do returns or exchanges. You will always find something good at Marshalls.

I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected at a business in my life. During my visit to this store, an employee openly called me a ‘border hopper’ in front of other people. It was disgusting, racist, degrading, and completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a company that is supposed to treat customers with basic respect. No customer should ever have to experience this kind of discrimination while simply trying to shop. The fact that an employee felt comfortable making a racist comment like that says a lot about the environment being tolerated here. I left feeling embarrassed, angry, and honestly shocked that this still happens. I will never return to this location and I strongly encourage management to take this seriously before someone else is treated the same way. Racism should never be ignored or excused.

*ASHELY R.* 🙂‍↔️ has been my cashier more than once here- she is genuinely nice & kind. Was extra helpful today with a solo return I had. This is one of the closest Marshall’s to my house- unfortunately I’m let down in clearance or not - shoes in my size- 10.5/11.

I visited the store today 14th April and I was very insulted by the lack of professionalism from the dressing room attendant today. Her behavior was unacceptable and she lacked any proper etiquette for talking to customers. Thankfully, the store manager was very kind and apologized for the situation. I hope the store provides this employee with the necessary training to ensure other guests aren't treated this way in the future.
