I always enjoy going to the Biltmore fashion park! The restaurants there are pretty awesome. I really like going to the Capitol Grille for their happy hour. It’s a wonderful happy hour and you have to check it out. You can get a New York strip steak sliced for you for $17 and a glass of wine for eight dollars. I also enjoy Zinburger and the Mexican restaurant there too! I hate that they closed Saxby Avenue because now that seemed to take a little air out of the sales. They really need to bring a Bloomingdale’s here! That would fit in nicely with this area! I can’t understand why Bloomingdale’s is not in the Arizona area because I love Bloomingdale’s. Anyway, I love the Biltmore. It’s always very festive and a really nice place to just walk around and people watch!

A few times a year my family meets at The Biltmore and we choose a restaurant and have a lovely family powwow. We went to Cheesecake Factory this time and it was excellent! We celebrated my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary (I know right?!🤯) and walked around the shops and enjoyed the atmosphere. They had misters on and the fountains running and it was very lovely, as it always is. It is under construction to become more seating friendly but it didn’t appear to cause any problems with people attending the center. Parking is always easy and it has always felt very safe and clean. Being a Phoenix native, I’ve been coming to this center for years and years, and I used to do commercial real estate across the way, I remember when they were building the pedestrian tunnel back in 2006, and the growth in the area is phenomenal. It feels like a mini downtown. As a real estate agent in greater Phoenix, I help a ton of relocation homebuyers and many come from larger cities, and they really enjoy the Biltmore area to get that feel of a mini City with the beauty of the mountains and the luxury of the Biltmore. I would highly recommend this area to anyone looking for that vibe or looking for something different than downtown Phoenix. 😊

Quaint shopping mall. Open spaces with water fountain and bench. Surrounded by cold mist spewing from the pipe installed at the front of the shops. Limited choices though. Wish there are more cafes and other quality establishments.

They charged me $139 to park my car. There were no "no parking" signs in sight. I still don't understand why I was charged. Park at your own risk

The Real Travel Edit

Pretty setting 🌵✨, but feels a bit underwhelming. Several shops were empty or closing, and some staff seemed inattentive 😕. Parking is easy, and a few restaurants shine 🍝☕, but the luxury vibe doesn’t always match the reality. Good for a quick stroll, not a full shopping spree.

Biltmore Fashion Park is one of the most pleasant places to shop in Phoenix. The open-air layout, palm-lined 🌴 walkways, and beautifully landscaped courtyards create a relaxed, almost resort-like atmosphere that makes strolling between shops enjoyable. One of the most special features is the collection of mature ficus trees 🌳 that have been here since the 1960s. Their wide canopies provide generous shade, making the walkways surprisingly comfortable even during the summer months. The trees 🌳 give the entire center a sense of character and history that newer shopping centers simply don’t have. The mix of boutiques, restaurants, and cafés creates a lively yet comfortable environment, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. A lovely destination for shopping 🛍️ , dining 🍽️🍷 , or simply spending a relaxed ☺️ afternoon.

Every Monday or Tuesday of every week , Life’s 💥 Closet (vintage clothing shop) has a Scavrnger Hunt For Arizona Residents. This week the scavenger hunt was held at the Biltmore Camelback pedestrian underpass, specifically the Magic Carpet Public Art Display. Love this place and thanks for the great ART!!!! This week the winner is (Tha Baby)! (Dont know the baby name so we just call her THA BABY! 😂
