I filled up at this ARCO and the gas was contaminated with water, which damaged my car and forced me to pay for repairs. My mechanic confirmed the gas was bad. This station needs to check their fuel tanks—very disappointing and expensive experience. I’ll never be coming back and would strongly warn others to avoid this place.

On 10/6/25 at around 9:50pm a lady with a braid who spoke only Spanish kept harassing us over a $1.50 cup. She came up to us abruptly stating how her cups are expensive and to not waste them and that she will charge us for the thrown out cup. Mind you we threw the cup away because it was filthy. After she berated us, we apologized for throwing the cup away and let her know that we didn’t know that would be such an inconvenience for them. Also their slushies were goopy. And the whole time, my 10 year old niece was attempting to fill her NEW cup with soda. The lady kept staring her and us down as if we were going to walk out. She came the second time to tell us that for our next visit to just use the styrofoam cup, which was fine, as we totally understood that they were cheaper, but as she walked away, she never took her eyes off of us, making us feel extremely uncomfortable, threatened, and belittled. As my niece finished filling up her soda WHICH was watered down. She came up to us the THIRD time accusing us of leaving two styrofoam cups on the soda machine. Even though they were already there before we arrived. Which she should have known since she loves to stare and be all in our personal business. This interaction has left us feeling judged, undermined, deeply frustrated and disgusted. This is not a bot account I am the Aunt.

Went in to use ATM n gas up, young cashier was rude in her cell phone while I'm standing to pay, when I mentioned she shouldn't be on a personal call texting, she replied with saying her boss doesn't have a problem with it really unprofessional I kept receipts no name on receipt but I will return to see her name tag, customer service is key, not an argumentative individual. Restroom was dirty w no hand soap.

I've never been to a gas station with more homeless people hanging out in front of it. The register lady charged me the wrong price and gets instantly mad when I correct her. Yes I speak Spanish your crew can't talk trash about customers while in front of them. Not to mention every employee barely speaks English. Something shady is going on with the gas station. I'm gonna report them to ice
