Black Diamond Livery Transportation LLC

A great experience with Moe from PHX he was kind and knowledgeable. A+ for a potty break for my service dog. Would book again. Water provided and SUV was clean and cool. Assisted with baggage professionally. Great communication and easy to book online. Reasonable rates.

Very unprofessional company. The drivers I encountered smelled strongly of marijuana, cigarettes, and what also seemed like alcohol. They arrived late for both pickup and drop-off, which made the experience frustrating and unreliable. In my experience, the owner showed very little respect for either customers or the 1099 drivers who work for the company. The communication was poor, and the overall attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive. It did not seem like employees or customers were valued. Overall, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend Black Diamond Livery Transportation LLC and would not use their services again.

I use Black Diamond to take me from Sun City to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The drivers arrive around 5-10 minutes before my requested pickup time, and the rides are always pleasant and uneventful. The cars are very clean and comfortable, and the drivers are professional and kind. Travel days are always a little stressful no matter how well planned, so hiring a Black Diamond car always provides me with some quiet relief from the unavoidable busyness of travel days.

Flawless experience from initial inquiry to final drop off. Black diamond provided airport pickup and drop off service for us on a recent trip. Our drivers, Jeff and Dan, were friendly, professional and on time. (In fact they were both early). The vehicles were spotless and very comfortable. Communication at time of booking, then 24 hours before pickup, was clear and reliable. We needed to make a time adjustment on the return and it was handled quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

Our driver, Moe, took very good care of us. He texted us right as our plane touched down and gave clear instructions as to where to find him. He offered to help carry our belongings and had Fiji waters at the ready for our dry mouths (flying will do that to you). His vehicle was spacious and clean. We should we need to use a service like this in the future we will gladly use Black Diamond Livery and ask for Moe.
