A-1 Van Rental

Leaving another review after a long time, and I'm super happy to be connected with this company. Very friendly and super helpful especially last minute. As an adventure guide it's important to have a van to fit alot of excited people. Highly recommend renting from this company as I have been with them since day 1 my business has been open! Thank you A-1

I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, the van was great and we had a great trip. But twice I was told something and then was told no that’s not right. I was told not to make a reservation and to just come on in, should have made the reservation. Then was told I could return it back from 8-5 yet when I return they said oh no we are going to charge you more for bringing it past 9 am. It’s I writing so yes I should have read it but I should also be able to trust what you are telling me. Great Van not so great service. Read everything don’t trust what your told.

Jeff absolutely hooked us up for my birthday! From start to finish, everything was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and his kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate all the effort he put in to make my birthday special. If you’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and dedicated, I highly recommend Jeff. Thank you again for making my birthday one to remember!

The office and surrounding area isn't anything great to look at but, the vehicles are overall clean, not brand new and there were stains but for the price it was perfect! Customer service was spot on from all staff we were in contact with!! They walked around the van with us and pointed out dents and imperfections to ensure we were happy. There were no extra charges and the price was really what was quoted. Definitely a place we will rent from again.

Very pleasant and professional experience! We had 7 people in our group and everybody at A1 has been great talking us through all cons and pros of choosing a 7 minivan or a 12 passenger Ford Transit regarding comfortable sitting, luggage space etc. We went with Ford Transit in the end and it was a smooth and comfy ride (my first time driving such a big van and loved it)! Special thanks to Josh who worked with us around our delayed flight finding a solution for pick up. Early drop off was a breather too. Thinking to go back with another group in the fall and we’ll definitely be renting here again. Thank you Josh and A1!
