My review is regarding this store's grocery delivery service via Amazon. I have been a loyal costumer of this service for over a year. It's great when it works well. On multiple occasions, however, during the summer months, the perishables arrive at my doorstep warm. I have called to share feedback about this with the Mayo store, and when I asked if they might add ice to the bags containing perishables, I was somewhat rudely told, "That is not our procedure." Fine, but your procedure stinks, in that case—and how about a little costumer service? Today, even though I brought my items inside the moment after the delivery man rang my bell, my freezer items were half defrosted and my fridge items were room temperature. Given the cost of Whole Food items, it seems reasonable to me that they would chuck in some ice to keep their delivery costumer coming back happy. I'd even be willing to pay a small ice fee. Sprouts offers free ice. This is a no-brainer and if they remain stingy with ice, I will need to take my business elsewhere.
People are very friendly and everything was stalked. I did notice that strangely this location has higher prices than the location on Camelback. I found that odd because usually the wealthier areas have lower prices not higher prices. I was able to get in there and get out within the amount of time that I needed and all the staff members were super helpful. Even the lady at the fish counter was very patient with me trying to figure out what to feed my dog. The only reason why the loss of star is because I feel like grocery stores should not be priced different based on location the brands should haveequal prices no matter which location I shop at.
LOVE my Whole foods always something new to try. Staff is great enjoyed talking with Crissy. Had many suggestions for simple meals and my son loved interacting with herself

I got two cheese danishes today and I was shocked that Whole Foods sold them half raw! Be aware! They are pricey for them to be raw in the middle where I could stretch the dough wow.. I called the head of bakery and she did not even apologize and was not sympathetic or nice. Overall to be honest, other stores are way less expensive and the customer service is way nicer. Not one person that works here ever smiles************ or say thank you for shopping at whole Foods************ or maybe say "EXCUSE ME" when they pass by instead of just staring you in the eye and looking at you all mute like your in my way! Like I’m supposed to read your mind and be the one to move out of your way.. okay so maybe the manager will see this, I hope because in this area as Scottsdale evolves and so forth I’m afraid Whole Foods will continue to go under unless the employees start acting like they like their job and maybe smile one time and not be so rude when they pass by, HOW ABOUT THAT? Please know I come to the store always so happy and I noticed that the employees always pull me down like exhaust and drain me just by being so negative. If you can’t smile, be nice or say excuse me, if they can’t, maybe they shouldn’t be working there. I’m just making it public as my danish pushed me over the edge how rude and unapologetic the bakery supervisor was….? I will go elsewhere and my businesses for shopping unless your employees start showing some good customer service. I’m one person but we spend thousands here monthly so do you think I want to keep giving you my money while your being rude?
