⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Genuinely the best floral experience I've had. I placed an order from Texas to be delivered to a friend in Arizona, and NovaPetal handled it flawlessly. They communicated with me clearly throughout the order, confirmed every detail, and when timing got tight, they delivered same day at 10:00 PM rather than push it to the next morning. That kind of follow-through is rare. The presentation was next-level: a large glass vase, the entire bouquet wrapped in crisp white paper with a soft purple accent inside, filled with deep magenta peonies, blush roses, white hydrangeas, ranunculus, and stock. My friend was speechless. Photos didn't do it justice. If you're considering NovaPetal — locally or shipping in from out of state — book them. Above and beyond from start to finish, and worth every star (and then some).

I’m pretty disappointed with this place. After seeing them on social media and how beautiful their arrangements looked, I sent my husband the link for Mother’s Day. He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother’s Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother’s Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn’t be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother’s Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

Absolutely above and beyond service! I needed a memorial bouquet delivered to an uncommon location at an uncommon time and NovaPetal went out of their way to make sure it happened - and even sent a 2nd driver out later so the bouquet wouldn't stay out in the heat too long before they could be picked up. I highly recommend NovaPetal for both their arrangements and their service.

I’m really happy with the service and products I received from NovaPetal! At first there was a series of miscommunications but the owner was very prompt to address these, and my mom was able to receive these very beautiful flowers for her birthday! I bought several different bouquets from this flower shop and the flowers are always fresh! The in-store selection is usually pretty nice (unless it's a holiday- order in advance!) and they custom make the bouquets to fit your style and budget. They are very customer -oriented and make sure you love the flowers and happy to make adjustments, I really like that approach and will be getting future bouquets from them.
