I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased these oxtails today, expecting fresh, quality meat, but as soon as I opened the package, I was hit with a strong rotten, spoiled odor. The smell was unbearable, and it was obvious the meat was not fresh. This was a complete waste of money and a huge inconvenience, especially since I had planned to cook them the same day. Fresh meat should never smell rotten. I expected much better quality and food safety standards. This was a horrible experience, and I hope the store takes this issue seriously to prevent this from happening to other customers. I will be returning them for a full refund.

I absolutely love Arcadia Meat Market! The quality of their meat is consistently fantastic, and they are my go-to for all my special cuts and everyday needs. The main reason I keep coming back is the incredible service. Alex and the entire Team are amazing! They are always so knowledgeable, helpful, and take the time to answer questions and offer preparation advice. It's clear they take pride in their craft and their customer service. Highly recommend stopping by for the best cuts and best service in the area!

Today was my first time visiting this place. Initially I went in to ask for help because my keys fell in the drain in the parking lot. I walked in, and immediately noticed the delicious smell (they said it was probably the sausage). The employees were gracious enough to help me get my keys from the drain! It was not an easy task but they were more than willing to help, and truly saved my day. Of course I felt compelled to check out their inventory. I just cooked the BEST carbonara with the two meats I purchased there. I also purchased a loaf of bread that I served with balsamic vinegar and the meal was five star meal! Not only kind people, but they sell delicious meats. I'll definitely return.

Made the switch to eating clean foods because my last physical was not great. Began by searching for one hundred percent grass fed beef that was local and found this place. Decided to make the forty mile drive and purchase a couple steaks to try them out and I am so glad I did. Using GPS got me to the cross roads but the store front is in the back of the building which made it hard to find. You will need to pull into the parking lot and carefully drive around the backside of the building. Parking is very crowded because there are other businesses in the same building and the parking spaces, like most parking spaces nowadays are cramed together. I don't recommend bringing a big truck, so keep that in mind. The folks who work there were really great. They are friendly, very informative, and will go out of their way to help you by answering questions and/or showing you different cuts of meat, etc. They offer beef, pork, chicken as well as a variety of drinks and other things. They also have treats for the dog. The facility is very small inside. Two or three customers and it's jammed packed. Their meat selection is of products that are advertised as being raised and processed in Arizona. They also advertise no additives or none of the chemicals the meats in big box stores have injected in them. The beef is supposed to be grass feed from birth to processing. That is exactly what I am looking for. Prices were comparable to the big box store prices so I didn't mind spending the extra dollars knowing it is not going to some corporate conglomerate looking to expand their profits while poisoning humanity. It stays local. The quality of the steaks I purchased was fanomanal!! The taste was noticably different than what I had been used to purchasing through the big box store. I prepared my sample steaks the way I have always done and threw them on the grill. I always grill meat - never pan fry. I can not emphasize enough how tasty, tender, and OMG the flavor!! If you want to eat clean meat (and you should for better health) then you need to shop for your meat here. I highly recommend Arcada Meat Market. It's worth the drive. I am now looking at stocking up the freezer.
