Aqua Harmony Pools

My weekly pool service man advised me that my sand filter was leaking and required service. I Google for Pool Equipment services in my PHX neighborhood and Aqua Harmony Pools was the highest rated in the group of five. I called and quickly got a knowledgeable service advisor on the line. Joe explained my options to repair and upgrade my older pool filter system. He explained the pros and cons and I was able to quickly select my desired repair and schedule the work within one week. Zach arrived at 6:00AM on schedule, a forecast 100° day, and I missed his early arrival. He moved on to another service and returned mid day to complete my work. Zack quickly replaced my sand filter with a cartridge filter system as I selected. He re-piped a portion of my system to repaired a leak. After he explained how I to service/operate my new filter system, Zack also recommended future repairs which I should anticipate with my older pool system equipment. The required repairs were completed quickly and neatly with all old equipment removed and great explanations and recommendations provided. I was also advised that Aqua Harmony Pools can service the filter cartridge when required. I am very happy that I have discovered this source for high quality service. (Before and after photos)

These people are the absolute best. Tried other companies before we found Aqua Harmony. Their service and repair has been top notch. They respond to my issues very quickly. All the work they have done for us has far exceeded my expectations. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for all your pool needs. And no, I do not work for, or have any affiliation with this company. I'm just an extremely satisfied customer.

I called Aqua Harmony because I needed short term pool care. They were and have been so accommodating, not only were they able to start immediately there was no issue with short term services. "Gabriel " has been the technician and I love that it's the same person every time. I'd like to mention he's always on time , always polite and most importantly if my dogs are outside he just works around them and always is sure to shut the gate so they won't get out ! I would recommend Aqua Harmony for all your pool needs .

Amazing pool service and maintenance. I appreciate all the help over the years and I especially am grateful to Garrett Trainor for his help in always keeping our pool clean and in pristine condition. He always anticipates needs in the future and makes sure to take care of things proactively. Nick Guazzo has been instrumental in getting our pool equipment to modern standards helping to coordinate new installations of a gas pool heater, new pool pumps, and lighting. We have been enjoying our pool greatly and look forward to continuing to work with Aqua harmony

I cannot recommend Aqua Harmony Pools enough! They came out on extremely short notice and performed what felt like a miracle, transforming our green pool back to a crystal-clear blue in no time. During the process, they identified issues we weren't even aware of and were able to quickly replace a burnt-out pump motor on the spot. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and completely on point throughout the entire visit. What really sets them apart, though, is their incredible follow-up. Receiving detailed emails with pictures of the completed service is a fantastic touch and provides great peace of mind. If you need reliable, high-quality pool care, these are the people to call!

Aqua Harmony Pools has been servicing our pool for almost a year now. I have been very pleased from the start with their communication. They are highly reliable, fair and knowledgeable. My husband met with Cover Roberts today. He helped us troubleshoot a problem with our pool vacuum.

I highly recommend Aqua Harmony Pools as they are absolutely amazing! I first contacted because I know nothing about pools, I sent a message on their site and within minutes I was speaking w Nick. He was very kind, professional and oh yea how could I forget...he was responsive! I rescheduled once but when they made it out, he was very communicative and let me know what his guy found and what needed to be done. Thats highly appreciated!! When I got home from work I went and took a look, I could not be more pleased w the services completed. If you're looking for a company that is responsive, communicative, professional, and honest, & has good pool techs, then Aqua Harmony Pools would be a great choice! Thank you so much!
