Ta Carbon Mexican Grill

Ta Carbon is absolutely legendary, and after my recent visit I completely understand why people rave about this place. I ordered the Al Pastor and Asada burrito, and it was nothing short of unbelievable. From the very first bite you can tell this place takes their craft seriously. The meat was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and packed with authentic flavor. The Al Pastor had that perfect balance of smoky, savory goodness with just a touch of sweetness, while the Asada was grilled to perfection with incredible seasoning. What really sets Ta Carbon apart is the simplicity done right. The tortilla was fresh, everything inside the burrito was balanced perfectly, and every bite was loaded with flavor without being overcomplicated. You can taste the authenticity and the quality in every ingredient. Places like this don’t become legendary by accident. Ta Carbon has clearly mastered what they do, and it shows in every bite. If you’re anywhere near here and you love real, authentic Mexican food, this is a must-visit spot. One of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time. 🌯🔥

Fantastic Flavors! The service was fast and the food was fantastic! The only problem was since the indoor tables were all full of happy families having dinner, we had to sit outside. The patio tables have planters around them. My husband said the one next to him smelled like dog poop! It needs to be cleaned up. Also the road is so loud that it was difficult to talk.

This place has gone completely downhill. It used to be good a few years ago, but now it’s honestly awful across the board. The quality feels incredibly cheap, like they’ve cut every corner possible. The tortillas? Hard as cardstock—dry, stiff, and borderline inedible. The food overall tastes terrible now, with this weird aftertaste that honestly reminds me of some kind of harsh cleaner. It’s that bad. It’s really disappointing because this used to be a spot I enjoyed, but at this point, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

Terrible service, WILL NOT serve you unless you’re Mexican. Make you wait and wait and wait. Waited 30 minutes before I was even looked at like an actual customer! Just to spend more than half the people in there. I HATE THIS GREASY Establishment. I will NEVER be back, and I’m REPORTING you to the ice tip form. Have a great day.

Absolutely worth it. They clearly know what they’re doing, the tacos were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The salsa bar offered a great variety of options and was well stocked. If you’re in the area, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
