Whataburger

As this place has been remodeled and very nice. I hardly eat here and one in awhile I would like to have an order that is correct and hot. I get no fries with my meal and very old fries or very cold sandwhich. I got something different and the chicken strips were hard and cold. Toast was smashed and no fries in my meal. I am going too take my service elsewhere. Thank you but no thank you.

My onion rings taste like charcoal patty melt was good bread a little undercooked the soda was good service was ok she looks upset everytime I go there but it could just be her face my onion rings look darker then my patty smh .

First time being inside this particular location and my suggestion is to hit the drive-thru. The staff is very friendly and attentive and pleasant. This heating area is small and ink is crowded very easily, with lots of different people. Save yourself. Go for drive-thru. Food's good it's just like other whataburgers so you get what you know you're going to get.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but every time I finished saying what I wanted, I got hit with an "anything else?" before I was even done talking. It came across as rude and like they couldn’t wait to get me out of the drive-thru. Then they still couldn’t get my order right. I paid extra for ranch and didn’t get it. I asked for spicy ketchup and didn’t get that either. Sauce is important for any meal, especially when I’m paying extra for it. Oh, and I also ordered a plain, dry spicy chicken sandwich, and somehow it still came with everything on it. To top it off, I specifically ordered an unsweetened tea and was handed a sweet tea instead. If you’re going to rush customers through the drive-thru, at least make sure the order is actually correct. Missing paid items, getting multiple items wrong, and not following simple order requests is ridiculous.

Veronica is a gem, sweetest, most happy employee I've ever met in fast food. I ordered a bacon double whataburger Jr with cheese, add grilled jalapeños with no lettuce and tomato. They nailed my order and it was freshly cooked. I also got a banana pudding shake that tasted like vanilla with a slight artificial banana flavor... which is probably exactly what it is. 😆 I didn't check out the dining area too much but it is freshly remodeled, nice and clean. No complaints!

Only one thing I can complain about is I asked for buffalo sauce i think they accidentally gave me the wrong sauce its not a big deal at all the food was seriously real good fresh and hot I live a good 10 or more minutes from this location but I would go outa my way just to go to this location its that good in my opinion I went late at night I wasn't expecting it to be this good lol I really don't leave reviews unless they earn it lol one way or another well they earned this the girl was absolutely friendly she was fast and very helpful with me while I was ordering i would honestly still give six stars if I could with the no buffalo sauce mis hap because the food alone was that good the service on top was incredible she was just really clear thru the speaker and friendly at the window just the small things and the food was fresh like I said o and she put two ketchup for me one regular one hot I forgot to ask for ketchup.....she didn't forget about me lol thank u hero u are a star and u rock keep up the awsome work up ther my new favorite location......sorry old location but this one is jis a Lil closer and ther jus Lil more friendly jus Lil but that's more then enough to get my business lol . Js .

Had a hiccup with Uber not delivering about 90% of our meal besides the drinks that we had ordered from here, so I called and the manager George was really understanding and let us pick up the order, aside from this I usually come here a lot as this location is my go to. 10/10 I always see everyone working hard and busting ass. Thank you guys!
