PetSmart

Disappointed to say the least. I usually go to another location, but I recently moved and decided to try out this location. The staff was friendly, but the haircut not so much. I asked for the usual that’s on my dog’s profile and I paid for the extra upgraded package deal. When I got my dog back, I noticed she was a lot longer than usual. So I called…. The staff told me it’s probably because I came in a month earlier than I normally do. I understand coming in earlier, might mean a different timeframe, but it does not mean a different length of hair. A #4 is a #4 regardless of timeline. I unfortunately noticed it after the fact when we are already gone and down the road. They did offer to have me come back to try to fix it, but after 3 1/2 hours of waiting for the appointment I did not have time to waste again. It seems they touched certain parts of her hair, but didn’t touch/neglected other parts. She still had mats on her underside and it wasn’t trimmed, as well as her legs. I will not be returning to this location, and I head warning for anyone else going there!

Anything you need for your pet is available here. Clean and organized store and all the workers are helpful and nice. I bought my dog here @ Halo Animal Rescue! German Shepherd mix. Great dog!

I love this PetSmart and the staff. My puppy and I are here once a week and it’s one of the few places she wasn’t scared to go inside and always gets a treat at checkout I super understand the perks of the floor cleaning robot. However, it scared her. She won’t get out of the car to go inside since she saw it. She knows where we are. This is a pet place and dogs don’t understand a floor cleaning robot that seems to follow them.

Stephanie! Thank you very much for your help. What Huge Lifesaver you are. Went out of your way to make sure I was getting the best service possible. You definitely deserve recognition for your assistance and patience, you rock!

A few months back a friend and I adopted a puppy named Tony. The staff was absolutely wonderful and we couldn’t have received a more wonderful dog. We bought all of his supplies from here and they’re all lovely. Tony’s leashes survives quite long for how intense his teething was. cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff in the adoption center and the front counter are. Tony has grown and is quite healthy and happy. staff were incredibly informative during his adoption process and showed great care for the animals. store was clean and well stocked. kudos to the stocking and clean up staff
