Took all my fish that were just populating over and over. Couldnt get rid of them fast enough, lmaoo. Thank you so much George. I had enough of them laying eggs for a whole year ugh 😑 😒 😤 I'll keep my Betas instead!

Favorite Petco. It seems to eat through managers pretty quickly but most of the good stuff stays. They’re very proper with their fish and willing to help me find something that was out of stock! Love that.

I recently visited this location to buy some fish and plants. The lady that got my fish not only took 35 minutes and rolled around on a chair, but also made comments about "hoping none of the fish die on her" which at the time was I thought a joke. Well turns out she wasn’t joking. She gave three in the tank heat attacks and by the time I got home six of my fish I purchased were dead. This morning another three…. I brought in the deceased fish to get a refund at a nearby location but was told I had to go to the original store I purchased my fish from, which was not only the worst store I’ve ever been to, but was also 45 minutes away. I also don’t want to purchase any more fish from that location or even step foot in there since my terrible and tragic visit.

I do not recommend coming for the grooming. I’ve had about 2 experiences with this place in particular and each time my dog comes back shaking and in shock. He acts as if he had been abused or hit. Never acts like himself after. Do not go here your dogs will Come back shocked. I am trying to what ever I can to recuperate and better his current mental state.

Cashiers were happy to assist me with some questions 9 had a out a cat food product. She was genuinely doing her best to help out.

I love Petco! However, in this particular location, my experience was very disappointing. The cashier, JAYDEEN, provided some of the worst customer service I’ve had at any Petco. It’s really unfortunate because this is otherwise a great place to shop. I hope management addresses this, as it definitely impacts the overall experience.
