Amazing experience! My daughter and I played Pipe Works and it was a well done, well maintained fun experience. Lots of locks, clear sign posting, interesting puzzles. The room was painfully linear, but moved pretty quickly. Excellent set dressing. Shoutout to Justin, best game master ever!!

Puzzle Effect takes reservations but we were able to walk-in and sign up. You’re not grouped with strangers unless you want to be. Our game master was great; explaining the process clearly and making sure we’re set for the venture. During the puzzle, she had to give a couple slight hints so that we weren’t stuck on just one thing. We especially enjoyed Jungle Quest for the props that we could wear and put us into character. There were so many puzzles and opportunities for each person to equally participate in. So fun! Thank you!

Our team did the high seas adventure as Yo, Ho & Ho. We had an absolute blast and really had to use our thinking tricorns. Justin was an awesome game master, though we only needed one hint. He intuitively knew we'd gotten stuck. HIGHLY recommended!

Have played over 75 rooms across at least 50 different brands and locations. By far the worst staff of any of them. Couldn’t even tell you who the employees were cause they were so dismissive and careless. If you want to go here, don’t book at night. Dude walked out literally behind us he was in such a rush to get us out which we felt from the moment we walked in. No wonder it’s dead. I’d recommend at least a dozen other places within a 20m radius. Better staff and better rooms. Don’t waste your money here. Room was kind of cool but whoever the employees were should probably go be miserable somewhere else. If I could rate 0/5, I would.

Had a pretty good experience doing the Jungle room at Puzzle Effect. Gamemaster was good, room had multiple stages which was great. A couple puzzles in the middle section were frustrating, though, with inspecific clues (mushroom home, leaf description), insufficient light for older eyes (though cell flashlight worked OK and gamemaster mentioned that was fine to use which was helpful), and some laser sensors that seemed finicky. We've done more than 50 escape rooms, so we have seen a variety. This one was good, but could be improved with a few tweaks.

I've played Jungle Cruise, Amnesia, and Grim Stacks. Jungle Cruise was definitely my favorite. I played Grim Stacks today and I really enjoyed it. Justin was my game master and he did a great job sending hints at exactly the right time.

We, a party of six, were greeted and guided in a friendly and helpful manner, being explained what to expect. Our group was a mixture of experienced escapees, so we ended up having a great time! We did the Jungle room and we enjoyed it!
