I worked with Denny & Boulton a few years back to resolve some tax issues. I recently had questions and Michael Denny was super accommodating, reviewed my case and and provided additional advice (on a holiday no less). I’m super impressed with his willingness to answer questions, even after several years of originally working with them. I cannot begin to describe the great experience I encountered with Michael Denny! It began with a complicated case involving a suit filed against me by another attorney. There was a IRS tax issue involved with my former business, and along with the other issues, Michael was able to negotiate with the other parties involved, and reduced the amount I owed to the other party to one fifth the amount they were demanding! The tax issue was resolved easily with a settlement plan I can live with. I have worked with several attorneys in my business dealings, and Michael is, in my opinion, one of the best in the Phoenix area! I contacted this firm for a very sensitive issue I'm dealing with regarding the IRS, and despite me not being a good candidate for their firm due primarily to financial reasons the attorney was kind enough to take 20 minutes out of his day to explain to me some options that I can pursue on my own.
