It's hard to rate the lawyer on a strike. 3 settlement because this is a one-off experience. I agree that they can be very difficult to contact at times, as things can get crazy busy. I paid my lawyer via credit card and was not thrilled by the added fee, but hey, what can you do? You pay to get the job done. After payment, they forgot about me for 2-3 weeks. I contacted them a few times and got through eventually, and then about 8 days later, it was done. Am I happy? I'm happy that it's over. Not thrilled with the settlement amount but that's life. Edit: I am not mad or upset at vondran legal. I posted this review after the 2nd email was sent to me by them asking me to leave a review. this was my experience with that law firm. This is a rare situation me and for them it's Tuesday.

Not sure who I just talked to but she was pretty rude. I called trying to get legal help for copy right infringement and her tone was very distasteful and she was talking to me as if she expected me to know everything. I expressed that this was my first time seeking legal help which didn’t help things at all so I decided to hang up and just look for services elsewhere which was disappointing because the website describing my current concerns seemed like this law firm was the perfect fit Edit: Response to your Reply; I’m well aware that there are questions that need to be asked and I had the answers to everything she was asking, her tone in which she was speaking to me was very belittling and I didn’t appreciate that. She was asking me 5 questions at one time without giving me a chance to answer with a terrible tone as if I was bothering her.

I’m eternally grateful for how quickly Vondran Legal was able to resolve my case. After having several consultations with other firms this was the only one where I felt like the outcome of my case was more important than what I could pay. Could not recommend more.
