My intake with Carol W. was quite pleasant. We are off to a great start. I was so glad to talk to Carol today, so much going on!

The first counselor I scheduled, when I call to check in and complain half an hour into that counts are not showing up the answering service was beyond frustrating and rude and disconnected the call because I didn't choose my words correctly. I did meet with the psychologist and had a balance due that I needed to pay today and when I called unfortunately I had to speak with that same answering service representative and had the same experience of having to repeat myself numerous times and then being spoken to is if I'm incompetent and I'm not understanding the conversation and again I had to choose my words very wisely. It should not be this hard doing business!!! If you need assistance without being triggered through the process,

I have great meetings with Mr. Pedraza. He makes me look at things so clearly and explains them in a way I can understand. He is very informative and knowledgeable.

If I would give them a negative I would! I called them after a ridiculous experience with the different counselor where they wanted me to sign my rights away and then when I show up to my virtual appointment nobody shows up I'm in the waiting room for over 20 minutes I call customer service and they talk to me like I don't understand that I'm supposed to be on a VR call and again I explain to them that I'm on the call but their person isn't showing up and they start talking to me like I don't understand and so I get frustrated and cuss at them and they threaten to hang up on me nobody ever arrived to the session but they make sure to get your insurance information and your payment information!!!!!

Stephanie is great. I get a lot of support and great help from talking to her weekly. I have grown and healed so much since starting therapy.

From the start it was a very easy process for someone who was very scared and anxious to begin. I've got a fantastic psychiatrist and I only wish that I had started earlier.
