I cannot recommend Movement Redefined enough. Severe back issues had completely limited my ability to run, but Ben and Kenny helped me get back on track. They are incredibly professional and kind, and actively listen to your goals to design customized plans. The clinic is modern, clean, and fully equipped with recovery tools. I especially appreciate their mobile app, which features guided exercise videos that help me to remember what to do and maintain my routine while traveling. Thanks to their dedicated and expert care, I am making great progress and returning to the activities I enjoy.

I came in skeptical about PT, but this place completely changed my perspective and it truly helped me. I had frozen shoulder and saw huge improvement in just 2+ months!!! Dr. Ben and Kenny are super knowledgeable, fun, and really know what they’re doing, they break everything down and make sure you’re actually improving. Overall the staff is friendly, professional, and truly invested in helping you feel your best. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and always running on time. If you’ve been looking for a pt place that will give you 100% of the focus while you’re there instead of 1 pt working with 5 clients at once this is your place. Also they take most insurances. Better manipulation than any other clinic but my favorite thing about them is they will do what you want. What you’re feeling. What you’re thinking. Not what was on a premade schedule rolled out to 100 clients. Everything is customized and flexible here. Seriously one of a kind. Both Ben and Kenny are very knowledgeable, have a good energy to them, great strength in their manipulation and actually cares about you. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I would drive 2 hours to see them instead of my local cookie cutter trying to make the most money possible I’m just a number to them pt place

Dr Ben and his team are awesome. They are always in a great mood and having a good time when I go in. They are all attentive and helpful and make sure they do right by you. When I found them in September or October I had been dealing with a pain in my lower back that completely wrapped around my leg and went all the way down to my ankle. After a short bout of visits to a not so great chiropractor and the heating pad not giving any relief and struggling to do anything. I found MR on Google and decided to give them a shot. Needless to say even Dr Ben was skeptical that he could help after having everyone tell me it was my sciatic acting up Dr Ben could tell something else was wrong. He told me we could try PT for a few weeks to see if I got any relief and if that didn’t happen he was sending me out for an mri. Well I don’t have insurance but luckily for me he helped me with referrals and put me in touch with a Dr that could help. I took the initiative and got the MRI immediately and found out that I have a herniated disc at L1/S5 it was 6mm x18 mm and resting on a nerve sac. So good sign we found the problem. Bad sign not sure if that means surgery well after more research from the doc we talked about it and decided to keep going with PT. Between doing the exercises and stretches that he showed me and doing dry needling and cupping I can tell you that I feel 90% better than when I hobbled my way in there the first day. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate MR- Dr Ben and his team have made me feel like I can exist in the world again. They are not chasing money they really are looking to help you. Give them a chance because I don’t know what I would’ve done if it wasn’t for them. But I can tell you life is a hell if a lot better than it was just a few months ago.
