Since I've been attending therapy at Honorhealth Outpatient Therapy they are very efficient in what they due, the staff at the front desk is very pleasant & polite to everyone, Eric my Physical Therapist is outstanding he understands everything that is going on with me & why I'm there for Therapy I'm so glad to be under his care.....
The therapist is ok. The only thing is I just thought maybe we could do a little more physical exercises instead of one or two. I did have problems because I missed a day or two because the Ubers come so late when I called to get an uber even earlier so I don’t miss appointment the insurance never scheduled that ride. That was another day I missed appointment again so I got fed up and didn’t call. It’s not that I wanted to miss appointment again. But like I said the therapy is ok I just wish I could do more than one exercise but I know I have to do my own therapy at home. My left knee still somewhat feels like a rock or tired I may call pain mgmt on camelback. Maybe they injected too much gel in knee.. I also was told therapist was booked so I didn’t call to make any appointments from the 4 days I missed.. 😣Or I will leave but at that.. The ladies at front desk were very nice
I've been to 2 sessions at Honor Health PT and both were great sessions. The first one was with Taylor who is very knowledgeable and went through a series of moves with me to determine what type of therapy I needed to correct numbness in my fingers and strained neck muscle. She then introduced me to Emily who is now my therapist. Emily is great we've had one session and she definitely knows what she's doing. She's friendly and isn't hesitant about getting down to business. I have several more sessions with Emily and I'm sure they will be just as helpful as our first. Great place for PT! 👍
Had issues here before but Jimmy and their therapist Kendell are absolute angels as well as whoever helped that I'm unaware of. I'll be sure to thank God for them going above and beyond to help out my child. Good people you should definitely GO HERE 💯
I look forward to going here. I had a stroke and brain bleed a year ago. The two therapists I see are amazing. Niki my hand OT lady has helped me extremely. Out of the three places I’ve been Niki has helped me do things I honestly believed we’re gone forever!! Taylor my PT lady helped me and now I can walk again better than I could imagine. They really care about you here as a individual and take time to listen as well as really believe in your progress. Any fear I had going into this is now gone. The people that greet you when you first arrive are also superb. I can’t express how greatful I am for people like them. Everyone here I consider friends. Keep up the great work you guys. You change peoples lives more than you know.
My transportation always arrives early and it is not uncommon if they can slip me in earlier they can shift my appointment, but they also have a large waiting area. Access is on the West entrance.
Busy front desk experience, but PT staff and huge former gym treatment area is really cool. Darby is an excellent PT who asks all the right questions and encourages safety in movement. I'm confident they will be able to help me meet my PT goals.
