Serenity Mental Health Centers - Estrella

I have been struggling on another level and just felt discouraged until I found Serenity. Specifically Dr. Holly, she sat with me for two hours and went through everything with me. I have never met someone more understanding and willing to listen and find a plan moving forward. She gave me hope that I will find a way to manage and live with my condition. Everyone is so inviting and comfortable in the office and I look forward to working with this team to get myself back. Thank you so much Serenity!

Everyone at this office is so welcoming and friendly it almost felt like the twilight zone compared to some offices I’ve been to. Everything from the ambiance to the seating in the lobby is relaxing. The provider was very patient and listened to everything I had to say in regards to what I was needing and she listened so well for someone who already spent a lot of her day listening to patients at that point. I’m excited to continue going to this office and hope that the experience remains the same! Specifically the front desk girl was very friendly and genuine. I don’t remember her name, but she was a young black woman, she explained all the paperwork really well, she helped me with my insurance and even complimented my nails. She is doing amazing at her job! Whatever you guys are paying her it’s not enough, give the girl a raise!

I love this place EXCEPT, I hate the no show fee. They charge $150 for canceling less than 24hrs or after 10 minute grace period. I was horribly sick and was sleeping well for the first time in days. I missed my appointment by 11 minutes. I was in the lobby when she called and said I would be charged $150. That was my last $100 to my name and it went to a no show fee. I go upstairs crying and there was zero sympathy from the receptionist. The grace period being 10 minutes is hilarious considering there are times I show up and they are running 30min - 1hour behind. I can't even leave after waiting so long, because then i'll get charged $150. I love my NP, but I hate Serenity's policy.

I absolutely love Holly! I’ve been seeing her for almost two years, and she truly makes me feel like she cares about her patients, which isn’t always easy to find. One thing that has always stood out to me is that she has even reached out between appointments just to check in on me. Those messages meant so much in the moment and showed me that her care extends beyond our scheduled sessions. I also completed TMS therapy, primarily with Jazmine, and I really enjoyed working with her. She became a part of my mornings five days a week during treatment, and it was something I genuinely looked forward to each day. What really stood out to me was that at a recent appointment with Holly, Jazmine saw me in the waiting room, took the time to come out and catch up with me, and even remembered things we had talked about before. That meant a lot and showed how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Everyone at this Serenity location has been so kind, understanding, and supportive—from the TMS therapists to the front desk staff. The entire team creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. I genuinely recommend this location and have already referred many people here. Thank you all for the care and support you’ve provided!

I’ve recently started TMS treatment at Serenity Mental Health’s Estrella location, and so far I’ve had a good experience. The location is easy to find, and my early morning appointments have been quick and efficient. The staff has always been kind, welcoming, and helpful, which makes a difference when you’re coming in for frequent treatments. A special shout-out to my technician, Ebony. She’s friendly and genuinely pleasant to be around. Her attitude helps make the appointments more comfortable. I don’t see a provider at this location, so I can’t speak to provider appointments or wait times, but for TMS treatment specifically, my experience has been good so far. If you’re considering TMS, this location has been a solid place to start treatment.

Ive been going to the Estrella office for a few years now and many of the employees are still there. They are all so friendly and very helpful! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and love what they do! This place is 25 mins from me but its so beyond worth the drive!! You are in good hands here!

My healing truly started after meeting with Antoinette Flores, NP. She listens without judgement and takes the time to find what you need. Going through TMS with the team really got me out of the black hole I was in. Thanks Serenity
