Angela Oakley has had a profound, life-changing impact on me. I honestly credit her with saving my life. From the very first day I met her, she started my treatment right away and never left me waiting or wondering what came next. She's adjusted my treatment exactly as I've needed it along the way, and I truly feel like she knows me personally, not just as a patient on her schedule. Whenever I need anything, I know I can call the office and she'll find a way to get me in. She's incredibly knowledgeable, but what sets her apart is how deeply she cares. I finally feel heard, supported, and hopeful, and that's because of her. If you're looking for a psychiatrist who is both brilliant and genuinely kind, Angela Oakley is exactly who you need.

All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. They even arranged a real-time Korean interpreter by video as I had requested in advance, which made the entire visit very comfortable and easy to understand. I was especially impressed by Dr. Elias Ruiloba. Even though I was a new patient, he listened carefully, was thoughtful, and had a warm sense of humor that helped me feel relaxed throughout the appointment. I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I will start this by saying for what its worth, I really enjoyed my provide Angela Oakley, she really was amazing. With that said I was a patient of 3+ years and after My wife lost her insurance in April, I needed a 1 month bridge to make it till our new insurance kicked in and Serenity waited until I was completely out of medication, then told me to kick rocks. I found it shocking to hear that the only way I could get my next appointment was to pay $350 out of pocket, for a 15min appointment, which confirmed what I already knew, at Serenity you are just a number. I was told that they were working on the bridge and come to find out 2 weeks later that it was denied by THEIR staff. I asked for a call from the Practice Manager and followed up everyday for over a week and a half and he/she never called. This place is clearly run with one thing in mind and that is maximizing profits.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and very informative. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my consultation. I left feeling hopeful and excited to begin treatment. Highly recommend!
