From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The provider really took the time to listen to my full history—not just my migraines, but how everything connects with stress and overall mental health. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was how personalized the care was. My treatment plan felt tailored specifically to me, and for the first time, I feel like my migraines are actually being taken seriously and managed effectively. The office staff was also amazing—super helpful with scheduling, insurance, and follow-ups. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Vesna Pepic is the best therapist/psychologist I have ever seen. She is solution-oriented and helps me create tangible goals to help me through life. It is clear that she actually has a passion for helping her patients. I'm also a patient of Carol Kessel and my boyfriend just started seeing Dr. Frank. I can not recommend any of these providers enough.

Dr. Frank was amazing! He took so much time to explain everything in detail and made me feel really comfortable, especially since this was my first time seeing a specialist. He was patient, kind, and super easy to talk to. Eden at the front desk was just as great. She helped me with all my intake information over the phone, answered all my questions, and made everything so easy. Every time I walk in, she is welcoming and always happy to help. It’s really comforting to be around people who truly love what they do. Such a great experience overall!

Francis Levandowski, NP is an exceptional neurologist and psychiatric nurse practitioner. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen. He explained everything clearly and created a personalized treatment plan that has significantly improved my chronic migraines. I finally feel supported and hopeful. Highly recommend!
