With so many positive reviews for this doctor, I have to wonder if she is aware that her office turned my son away without even asking why he needed to be seen. I would also like the office to know that my son went to work on the third day of his new job in tears because of an ingrown toenail. A simple new-patient appointment could have made a huge difference to this guy. Instead, the office chose to cancel rather than help someone who was clearly in pain. It felt as though getting out the door at the end of the day was more important than providing care to a patient in need. That was extremely disappointing and lacked the compassion we expected.
Everybody was super helpful and nice to us. The assistant explained everything she was doing and was great with my little girl. The dr explained everything that was wrong and possible scenarios and what we could do. And then explained it my little girl (the patient) so she would understand as well! Thank you guys!
What charming and helpful people are to be found here. The medical assistant Miriam, and the physician, Kelsie were engaging and very helpful in working out solutions to my foot/ankle problems.
Dr. Effrein is amazing! I was able to get an appointment very quickly for a consultation after I broke my foot. She scheduled surgery a few days later and fixed my foot beautifuly! I am very satisfied and highly recommend. She is a skilled professional and wonderful at what she does.
Dr Kelsie and her staff are amazing. She is really good at what she does and she makes you feel as if you matter, not just a patient. I highly recommend her!!
