Pediatrix Pediatrics – Black Canyon

My son has autism, and he has been a patient at Pediatrix since he was born nearly 13 years ago. At the time, I lived in North Phoenix, and even after moving to Buckeye eight years ago, my children still receive their care at the Pediatrix office in Black Canyon. I gladly drive 45 minutes each way because I have not found another pediatric practice that compares to them. The doctors are absolutely amazing. You can tell they truly love what they do by the way they treat their patients—with kindness, patience, and understanding. They consistently go above and beyond for every child and care for them as if they were their own. I could not be happier that my children are in their care, especially my son, who has special needs. From the front desk staff to the billing department to the pediatricians, every single person has been wonderful. There is truly no other practice like them.

Been taking my kids here for over 10 years. Started off seeing Dr McGalnick til he moved to Dr Serbin now for years & both are amazing Drs. They have listened, shown empathy & understanding. Very communicative & have also been able to explain things well to me. Again, great Drs. Also, schedule is flexible which works with my unique work schedule throughout the years. Very grateful to have a place I can trust my kids with.

Dr. Magalnick is the best pediatrician in Arizona! Thank you for the exceptional care you’ve given my children over the years, and now my grandchildren too. Your compassion, dedication, and genuine concern for every child you care for have meant so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything you do. Thank you.

I came here when i was a kid. Always felt safe and good taken care of. Now i have my baby girl and knew i had to bring her here! Everyone is so kind and the Drs are really good. Highly recommened.

The women who work at the front desk are exceptional. And have wonderful customer service. You feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The nurse was so good with my kid too, she explained every step of the way to him to ease his worries. We will definitely be coming back. The doctor was great as well, listened to my concerns and gave me extra information to take home with me on every subject I brought up.

This office has always been good to my boys ever since we moved to Glendale. The staff is friendly, they don't have long wait times, & scheduling is very quick & professional, & its clean! It's definately a rarity to see providers of any kind these days that truly care for their patients over all well being. Most care for a paycheck & testing medications on people like guinnepigs to treat a symptom vs finding a solution. Hoever, the providers at this office, especially Dr. Serbin, truly care about their patients well-being & overall health both short & long term. They truly set the standards & expectations for anyone else we encounter very high. Kudos to them & their amazing efforts as a team!

We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Serbin and his team. They always had appointments available when we needed them, and we never had to wait long to be called back, which made visits so much easier. Dr. Serbin is consistently patient and thorough, always taking the time to answer every question we had and making us feel completely comfortable and heard. A special shoutout to his medical assistant, Rose. She was absolutely amazing with our son. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness Dr. Serbin and his office have shown our family and highly recommend them!
