I recently visited Look Lab for the first time, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. My appointment was with Jenay, and she took the time to evaluate my skin, explain my options, and recommend what would work best for my goals. I never felt pressured and appreciated how comfortable and informed she made me feel throughout the process. I’m very happy with the decisions I made, including my injections, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The membership options are an added bonus and offer great value!

I came to the look Lab in Arcadia for lip injections and Botox. Carly performed my procedures and did an amazing job. She is professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with the end results. I have had the lip fillers done at several places over the last 20 years and it has always been a pretty uncomfortable procedure. But Carly uses an incredible numbing cream and actually allows time for it to work, which made such a huge difference. For the first time ever, I felt no discomfort at all. Beyond that Karly is super friendly and puts you at ease immediately. She is great about answering questions regarding other potential treatments, and answers pricing questions without making you feel pressured at all. Everyone at The Look Lab is very friendly and professional. Their office staff is always super helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend the Look Lab in Arcadia if you’re considering procedures. I had my very first facial with Sharon at Look Lab Med Spa in Arcadia, and it completely exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but Sharon made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. She gave me an amazing HydraFacial with dermaplane and my skin felt instantly cleaner, smoother, and so hydrated. I left with the best glow! Sharon took the time to explain each step, which I really appreciated since it was my first time, and she made sure everything was tailored to my skin. She also recommended great products that would help me maintain my results and improve my skin moving forward.
