Compared to other Lifetime locations I’ve visited, this one ranks among the best. The club is a clean, spacious, modern facility with a great overall layout. There’s plenty of workout equipment, weight machines, group fitness classes, and well-maintained wet areas. The staff was abundant and attentive, the café was well stocked, and the Kids Club team did an excellent job with my little one. I especially enjoyed the outdoor rooftop pool and patio area — very spacious and relaxing. Parking was convenient and easy to access. The only minor drawback for me was that the cold plunge was a bit smaller than I’m used to, but overall this is a top-tier club and a great experience.

This place is more of a luxury spa than a gym. They have a rooftop pool, bar, cafe, hot tubs, and saunas, in addition the standard Life Time offerings like gym machines and workout classes. The view of the sunset from the roof is amazing. But for the price, you better make really sure you're gonna come here regularly and make the most of it.

This is my favorite Lifetime location by far. The staff is very friendly and the gym offers all the best amenities! I’m always greeted in the morning with a smile by Val and his team and the training staff really help set you up for success. The locker room is large and has top of the line toiletries stocked while the wet room offers a sauna, steam room and cold plunge. Very happy with my membership!

I LOVE this LifeTime location! The facilities are fantastic, they have everything you could want and more, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It really feels like a community. Tyler who teaches pilates has truly changed me and my fiancé’s life lol, our back pain is gone plus his classes are so entertaining and always brighten our mornings. Also shoutout to my girl Michelle at the front desk who is SO kind and welcoming and makes me look forward to my afternoon workouts- I seriously missed her so much when I had to go to the Scottsdale location for a few days. She also totally made my mom’s day by telling her she was pretty when she visited for a day 🙂 If we decide to buy a house in Phoenix, we will be looking in this neighborhood so we can stay close to this gym!!

BEWARE!! DO NOT SIGN UP HERE!! This life time fitness gives lifetime a bad reputation. I have been a founding member since this place opened. Let me tell you about this place. Since this place opened there is on going issues that are never fixed, they just bandage the issues. Between the outdated machines that are all in need of servicing. Also the sauna, steam room and spa area that is always having problems. It’s ridiculous!! I signed up with my sibling in 2020 and it was 280. Fast forward to 2026 now it’s 400 for both of us and nothing is fixed at this place. It’s gone backwards but prices increase. 2 months ago the men’s locker room had 4 working showers and a long line would form at 7 am with everyone who wants to shower. I took my concern to Val Mendoza and I was met with no sympathy, no accountability. I shared how I pay a premium price not to wait in a line ,to shower. I asked to give me access to fashion square because that is also next to me. All I got was no accountability from lifetime fitness. So I asked to speak to SR GM Steve who was much better at solving the issue. Now 2 months later the gym gets shut down by the fire department because it’s unsafe for members to be inside. This place doesn’t care about their members! Do not come here you will be greatly disappointed. This location gives all lifetime locations a bad name. Do better lifetime!!! Horrible place

I really want to love this gym but I agree with other comments that the price does not justify the amenities. For example, the Biltmore gym is the only gym that stop childcare in the afternoons. If I am paying more than Gilbert, North Scottsdale, and Tempe, I expect to have the same if not more hours of childcare available. Another inconvenience is that the rooftop pool does not have a hot tub which is a large oversight from their design team. When I addressed these issues with management they loosely said they would not do anything about either problem until more people complained.

I’ve tried really hard to like Lifetime, but I just don’t feel like it’s worth the steep membership cost. Childcare staff are wonderful, but aside from that, things are always broken. I get emails weekly about amenities being unavailable. The weight room is extremely crowded, and they run classes simultaneously in the morning (one on the treadmills and one on the squat racks), both BLASTING music, on top of the normal music that plays for the rest of the gym. It’s insane. I can barely hear what’s in my own headphones. Staff is generally friendly, but for what you pay ($500+/month for us), it’s just too crowded and lacks a lot of the things a normal gym should have (turf, sleds, dedicated stretching areas, more than 10 exercise mats, more than one smith machine, etc).
