The Foundry Arcadia

Recently visited and attended a 90 minute hot yoga session - which if you’ve never done a heated class before is not recommended! The layout of the class and the instructor were great. The heat of the classroom was the hottest I’ve experienced, and I’ve attended a handful of classes around the valley. This studio had the classroom set to 110 degrees, with a closed door and full class so the temperature easily feels closer to 115. If you’re new to heated classes, I would work your way up to this class/studio. They do offer great pricing for class packs if you’re interested in trialing it out for two weeks. If you’re sensitive to heat/scent, I wouldn’t recommend a heated class as you DO sweat heavily as well as all other participants. Meaning - you WILL smell other people and their sweat. The studio offers lockers and cubbies to hold your items and also has a well kept bathroom with showers to rinse off after class.

I have been going to The Foundry Arcadia for over a year now. I love this location! The classes are amazing and the instructors are very personable. My favorite is Khadijah! She meets me where I am at each class I take and is always so encouraging. I am looking forward to continuing to take these classes. I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful, caring attitude by everyone I encountered. Their culture is to let everyone achieve their personal goals in a warm (hot!) environment. The price per class is really good; you will be pleasantly surprised by what you get for your time, money and effort.

I’ve been a member of The Foundry for over two years, and it’s the best overall gym experience of the life! It’s a great community with amazing instructors and fun classes. I highly recommend.

Wish I could give more than five stars to this place for the teachers, because they’re the reason I keep coming back. I often find myself planning a week ahead just to make sure I can get into my favorite classes — which really speaks to how talented and popular the instructors are. They put so much time and energy into every workout, including the planning they do outside the studio, and I genuinely believe they deserve to be compensated more than the ~$40 a class they currently receive. It’s surprising that many haven’t seen a raise despite being there for years, especially as membership costs continue to rise. The instructors are the heart of this studio, and I hope their hard work is recognized and supported.

This is my first time there and it’s out of my expectation to having class here. The hot yoga having absolutely comfortable temperatures heat in room and the instructor here is amazing. Everything just so good!

I’ve only been coming here for about four months, and I usually go every other Tuesday using ClassPass since that’s what works best for me right now. I like trying out different places, but this place has truly become one of my favorites. The environment is always so peaceful, and everyone from the staff to the instructors is so kind and supportive. I take Todd’s class every other Tuesday, and today I just felt the need to write this. I hate being late to anything, and I was running behind, I showed up literally two minutes before class started. I was already feeling rushed, anxious, and nervous about not getting a good spot in the room. But as soon as I checked in, both Todd and the front desk staff greeted me with such warmth. Their energy instantly made me feel better. Then I walked into the room… and Todd had saved a spot for me. That small gesture meant so much after a long day. His class, as always, was grounding, thoughtful, and exactly what I needed. It helped me let go of everything I was holding onto. Todd has this way of creating space not just physically but emotionally too-like he sees you, meets you where you're at, and helps you come back to yourself. Little moments of kindness like that stick with you. I left class feeling lighter, grounded, and just genuinely grateful. This place is special, and I’m so happy I found it.
