I had a great experience working with this company. They really understand how busy things can get and make the whole process easy and stress free. Everything can be done remotely, which saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to step foot in the office or rearrange my schedule. Their system is smooth, organized, and straightforward. They’re also very open to feedback and genuinely care about making sure things work well for their clients. On top of that, the staff is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, they make taxes much more manageable, especially for business owners. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a convenient and supportive accounting team.

They were honest and transparent throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. They offer both in-person and virtual appointments, which made things even more convenient. I can't express how great working with them has been. I am a owner/operator of a small, small business and always try to do everything myself but have been so busy and fell behind. John & Cheyenne have made going thru the process easy and willing to work with me as my day to day is unpredictable. I am so greatful to them for their help, understanding & removal of stress from my life. I will not forget who helped me when I needed it the most at a extremely reasonable price. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I chose "Better ways accounting" to handle my taxes. At first the gentleman (whose name I will not include) greeted me and was really courteous and answered my questions promptly. During our session I noticed he took notes on a sheet of paper which is fine but then he wrote my personal information on the same piece of paper. Already I thought that was a bit odd. Anyways, I gave him my documents and I emailed him the rest. He added them together and said he would work on them. Tax day comes and I haven’t heard anything at all from him. I called twice and Emailed him with no response. He calls me later on in the day and emails me but I couldn’t answer because I was at work. I went over the completed tax forms and I realized he didn’t include a W2 or my 1099. I came in first thing the next day to clear things up. I asked him about the notes he took and why he didn’t review the things we talked about. His response "we do the best we can". He then couldn’t find the documents I sent him even though he had them pulled up the other day. He told me to look at his computer and I pointed them out to him. At this point I’m very annoyed because I trusted him to have everything done correctly in a timely manner. I asked if he filed an extension on my behalf since it was cutting it real close. He did not. He kept mentioning how busy it was on tax day (I understand) what I can’t understand is how nothing was reviewed and how he forgot almost everything we talked about. Also well this is happening there’s someone’s personal information left out in the open on his desk in front of me. I told him I was going to use another company and he walked me out and apologized. Now here I am facing potential penalties and scrambling to find another Tax Professional the day after Tax day. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and I documented everything. I will never choose to do any business here again. Steer clear.
