Defensive Driving Arizona - IMPROV Phoenix

No phone #, they tacked on charges they say nothing about, yes the court fees, etc. But they add 2 processing fees. I doubled pay. The # this company uses in consumer affairs & better business bureau do not work. Avoid this company. Scammers. Horrible customer service! No accountability. There bot chat doesn't work properly. You will NOT be able to find a phone number for help.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Never received confirmation of my eligibility or access to the course. Had to search to find a working number to reach someone, and the customer service representative sounded like she was underwater. I could barely hear her, but she promised the issue would be resolved and I would have access that day. By the next morning, still no access. Called again, and spoke to another underwater-sounding representative, who made the same promise as the representative the previous day. I ended up just asking for a refund, which hopefully actually happens. I have zero confidence in this company's follow-through. I ended up going through AZ Advanced Driving Academy instead, and they got my eligibility confirmed and course access provided almost instantly, and had a pleasant, helpful, and easy to hear and understand customer service representative.

I recently revived a greater than posted speed citation from Communist Chandler, Thanks Officer Jacobs who sits on his duff and looks at photos all day.. Any ways" I logged onto Improv driving class to combat the communist photo Baloney. Improv was good, the communist fees and more fees were a bit ridicules. But that's government. Improv driving class was easy to follow and helpful.

I recently used this service after a traffic accident and it was very useful. The classes were informative and engaging. I was able to complete them easily from any device so I could finish it more easily and on my own time. I would highly recommend this service for anyone, even if they don't have a traffic ticket, as it is not only a good refresher on traffic rules and safety, but it will also save you money.

Trust me, this is one of the BEST and CHEAPEST ways to get rid of a ticket. This traffic school is so easy to use and you can do it at your own pace on your own time. The chapters aren’t long at all and they give you all the info you need for the questions (which are super simple to follow, don’t worry about how hard the questions will be) You do have to spend about 20 minutes on each chapter and there’s a timer but that’s required by the state, as well as the mandatory fees for traffic school the state takes; but IMPROV only charges about $40 for the school! I saved a few hundred dollars getting my traffic school done here. So glad I found out about these guys
