BW Parts and Welder Repair

BW Parts in Phoenix is the real deal. I came in from out of town and was impressed right away. Easy parking right up front, great setup, and the whole place has a killer vibe. They had everything I was looking for and more, including welding supplies, parts, apparel, hats, gloves, tips, and a lot of unique/custom products you do not see everywhere, like Metalphoto. The pricing was great, the selection was strong, and you can tell this is a business that knows its customers and takes pride in what they offer. Bella was awesome. She was helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole experience simple from start to finish. Great employees make a big difference, and she definitely stood out. I would absolutely recommend stopping in and checking them out.

By far, the best customer service I have ever had to deal with as far as my welding machine goes or ordering parts for my welding machine talk to an actual human and they actually care ,they’re great five out of five.

B&W is completing a job that was started four years ago. First time to visit the shop,I was very impressed with the front office/showrooms. I was also very impressed with the young man in the office and Randy who explained the sequence of scheduling the work. Me and my Grandsone are very excited to do business with B&W, Can't wait
