Blue Sky Homes

I've had the pleasure of working with Nick and Blue Sky Homes through several assisted living transactions, and it's been a great experience every time. Nick is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He communicates well, follows through on his commitments, and approaches every deal with integrity and a solutions-oriented mindset. Having a construction background is also a huge advantage, as he understands the details of each property and is focused on delivering quality. I look forward to working together on many more projects and would highly recommend Blue Sky Homes to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate investor and assisted living housing provider.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Nick Blue and the team at Blue Sky Homes on a transaction, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Nick runs a very professional operation and it’s clear that his company takes a lot of pride in the quality of their work and the relationships they build. Throughout the process, Nick was responsive, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with, which made the entire transaction run smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a builder who values professionalism, communication, and doing things the right way. I look forward to working together again and would absolutely recommend Nick and Blue Sky Homes to anyone looking to build or partner with a high-quality team in the Phoenix market.

As a homeowner in Phoenix, I’ve been really impressed with Blue Sky Pools. Their team comes across as professional, responsive, and truly focused on quality craftsmanship and great customer service. From everything I’ve seen, they run an honest, well-organized business and consistently create beautiful, high-quality pools for their clients. I would absolutely recommend Blue Sky Pools to anyone looking for a reliable pool builder or swimming pool contractor in the Phoenix area.

I've worked with Blue Sky Homes many times over the years and my buyer clients LOVE their homes! The quality, craftsmanship, design and overall experience has always been superb! I will say that even when a mistake has been made Blue Sky has always handled it with class and everyone ends up happy! Look forward to working with them again!

Blue Sky Homes built a home in my neighborhood and while of course the process isn’t exactly fun for neighbors Blue Sky was very informative friendly and never had a problem addressing and fixing issues that came up. I spoke with multiple people throughout the 10 month build process and they were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about the company the work for and the neighbors where they are building. The home they finished in my neighborhood is gorgeous and the quality is top notch! I will definitely be going with a Blue Sky home when I am ready for my next home!

My family and I have worked with Blue Sky Homes in several different capacities over the past two years and they have always been amazing. They care about their customers and the neighborhoods in which they work. Most recently they built my family the house of our dreams and we couldn't be happier with the final product. They went above and beyond to get the house finished before our new baby arrived without sacrificing any attention to detail. Thank you to everyone at Blue Sky Homes!

We love our Blue Sky home! My husband and I recently moved into our brand-new, build-to-suit Blue Sky home and we couldn't be happier. We sincerely enjoyed working with the entire Blue Sky team. They are friendly, professional, responsive, and really went out of their way to ensure that all of our needs and special requests were being met, especially since we were living out of state for the majority of the build process. They were even able to complete the build in just a few short months to get us in before my due date! We have been in our home now for a few months and they still go out of their way to help us out when any small issue arises. We love our low energy bills as well! We would definitely recommend Blue Sky Homes to our friends and neighbors!
