Awesome store! It's the new generation version of Frys Electronics. Not as big but if you're building a PC, come here!! So many parts, monitors, laptops, cases, tvs, phone accessories, 3D printers. Great store.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR! I was up charged for a fluid flush to the deep clean for $500, they had it for over 2 months, stated that there was something wrong with it 4 different times, cpu, then motherboard, then gpu, then the problem was a missing fitting in my gpu water block. They didn’t do the job, then forgot to issue my refund, I picked up my PC and it had massive internal cosmetic damage. They even forgot to put the screws back in the front foot plate of my case. The service manager blamed me saying that it must have been missing fittings before even though I brought it in with full liquid and no leaking anywhere. Ignoring the fact that leaking wasn’t mentioned any point when they were trying to say it was any other component first. They do not know how to work on PCs with care. 0 stars. Do not recommend. RUN AWAY FROM ANY IDEA OF COMING HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! Posting before and after pictures - absolute nightmare!

Very nice new location! Have everything you need for computers! Literally everything! Had a online order and they had it in the back. This was my first time finally being in a Microcenter! Great experience everyone was extremely helpful and nice! Highly recommend!

Got to stand where one of my favorite creators stood. ^_^ Knowledgeable staff, great selection. 3d printi g section is smaller than ours in Kansas City, but the monitor selection seems so much better. Phoenix store feels smaller than ours but easier to navigate.

Great prices and staff were very accommodating to our needs. Huge thanks to Grant for helping us stay within our budget to build the very best PC possible! We ended up deciding on a 12900k with a 5070ti, and the processor was bundled together with a decent motherboard and 32GB of RAM. There was enough room left in the budget to get a nice monitor and keyboard too. Very glad we came here, it made my brother’s first PC building experience a breeze!

My boyfriend recently purchased his first gaming PC, along with a mouse, keyboard, and protection plan, and we had a great experience. Brandon originally helped us get started, and A.I. completed the transaction. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain all of our options clearly and answer every question we had. We never felt rushed, and their professionalism and kindness really stood out. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend Brandon and A.I. to anyone looking for help with their gaming setup. Thanks for making this such a positive experience!

*Late post* I went the day after the grand opening day, and it was a pleasant experience even with the long line. I went at around 4pm and the store was packed. From gaming to 3D printing (my favorite section), to fancy keyboard building, each aisle was full of staff and customers. This is definitely too overwhelming for someone who’s not really into IT stuff, like me haha! Customer service still needs room for improvement. I can totally tell when the floor staff members are in their role, and why the cashiers are…Humm…no facial expressions…
