Flying Phoenix PCs

Flying Phoenix PC's helped me to get a project done I have been wanting to do for over a year. I switched from old Corsair fans to the newer iCue Link system and this really helped with cable management. My PC was returned to me the cleanest it has been in years. Also, they were very accommodating and helped me sneak an upgrade into my wife's PC as a surprise for her. The customer service was excellent. My wife has been to other PC stores in the area, and this location was the only one that she felt comfortable at. Our PCs is back home now and running well. We will be back.

Daniel helped us out today and placed us into a 2,900 pc for 2300. He’s the best because he showed us how to work the pc and even explained how everything works in the pc. He’s a great guy. He even set up the water cooling into a profile pic for my Asian buddy!

I came in and sold an old PC a couple months ago for store credit. A day after the sale, they informed me that my graphics card was better than I had initially told them and they gave me additional store credit. I could have sold at a loss and never had known otherwise, but the staff are incredibly honest people and helped me out. Very grateful to them!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I paid to have a 1TB SSD installed in my PC, but after checking my computer, I found they installed a 500GB SSD instead. I paid for something I did not receive, and that is unacceptable. I trusted this business to do the job correctly, but I feel misled. If you’re considering using this shop, I recommend verifying exactly what parts they install before you leave. I hope they take responsibility and correct this mistake.
