I got a septum and labret piercing from Nyx. They were both extremely personable and professional. They walked me through everything that was going to happen. The piercing process was exceptionally smooth. Ryan was also very patient and helpful. I spent quite a bit of time deciding on the jewelry I wanted. I plan to get another piercing when I go back to get my labret downsized. I highly recommend HTC Studios if you're looking get any piercing done!

Fantastic experience at HTC today - originally walked in to the downtown Phoenix one, but they didn’t have a walk-in session available until later in the day. But the person at the front was super helpful, discussed pricing/jewelry options and referred us to the North Phoenix location. Headed up to the other location and found more great customer service from Ryan at the front desk there, who helped a lot with picking out jewelry. Rob was my piercer and he was rad! Friendly, welcoming, and all around cool guy. Jewelry is a little pricey, but beautiful stuff. 10/10 would recommend and would/will return in the future!

So so so so amazing! Got my septum pierced with Nyx, the vibe of the shop was amazing, and both Nyx and the person at the front were both very kind.Totally recommend! Love it here

I would recommend this place to everyone, it’s a little pricey but definitely worth the customer service, the quality of everything and warranty on the pieces. I went in today trying to fix a previous piercing that I loved but wasn’t quite pierced right. After talking to the receptionist and JD they determined it wasn’t achievable so I opted to get another piercing. While I was back there JD took another look at the piercing and said he thinks he could do it. By some magic JD took my favorite piercing and made it absolutely perfect with the idea I imagined. I’ve been here multiple times, pierced and downsized even took my sisters here for their first piercings but today really topped with customer experience. Customer for life!

I have searched high and low for a good piercing shop. It was getting old. So to finally find a place that is professional and has a wide variety of jewelry. This place exceeds my expectations. Every time! I highly recommend! Thanks a bunch guys!!

Update update: I continue to return here because I appreciate exceptional work. I have brought my mother in law, my grandma, my friends and any extended family that comes to town. I want them to be in the best hands, and that is JD. Update: JD continues to be exceptional. I have a lot of medical issues that require removals and reinstalls. He is featherlight with his touch, and you barely feel a thing. Both with new piercings and swapping old. You're missing out by not experiencing how talented they are. JD at HTC is truly one of the best piercers I’ve ever been to - and I’ve seen many greats over the years. They are by far one of the best. Their communication is clear and reassuring, their technique is precise, and their demeanor is warm and professional. I brought a friend who’s always had trouble healing piercings, and thanks to JD, she’s had zero issues. My conch was a breeze and has an astonishingly easy time healing. I attribute this to JDs skillful hands! The jewelry is top quality, the pricing is fair, and the experience start to finish was flawless. Highly, highly recommend!!

Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and great atmosphere. Got a daith piercing today and I highly recommend coming here for any and all piercings. The front desk receptionist was so polite! The guy who pierced my ear was funny and very easy going as well. I’ll definitely be back for more piercings in the future.
