Freeway Towing & Storage

I've used Freeway Towing quite a few times and they are top tier! Personable and efficient. Adam F. was super friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and efficient.. He had great conversation and just down to Earth and dam decent guy!! Thank you Adam and Freeway!

Had my car repo by them and understand the circumstances, but when got my car back, they had damaged a lot broken my power side, mirrors, passenger and driver bumper was hanging off. Try to claim that they didn’t do anything but their initial condition report showed my car was perfectly intact and when I picked it up from the auction yard, the auction yard show me their pictures and there was so much damages and when brought to their attention, they hung up on me and got irrational. I had to reach out to my financial lender to get things taken care of, which is still in the process. The initial picture is from Acme saying this is how they got the car but when I picked it up, the pictures I follow is how it looked with the auction yard Employee buy it so people can’t say that I did it

The driver had one thing to do. ONE THING! I specifically asked if he would put the car back far enough to close the gate!!!! I asked dispatch to let him know this before I told the driver the same thing. This is unbelievable!! HE PUTS THE CAR EXACTLY IN THE WAY! I'd never call y'all back if this is the type of drivers you have. FFS I do appreciate coming down on the price to price match the other place I called, considering y'all advertise as the cheapest in the valley. That earned the other star. 🌟

Sam was great ! He was communicative. Punctual and got my car on flat bed in no time flat. The price was very reasonable le. I will be using freeway tow in the future when I need a tow and I will tell my friends and colleagues about the great service I received. Thank you!

Love dealing with this tow company! Cruz got the job done in amazing time. My husband and I were very impressed. Hot day and having to lay on the ground to get my car on the flat bed he did a wonderful job. Very friendly to us and knew what he was doing! Customer service were very good too! Had a question and he helped right away. Thanks for having a caring and compassionate company. Made the experience so much better.
