All City Towing

Was in a wreck with a Tahoe, my Jeep wasn't drivable. All City Towing showed up and took my Jeep. Within a couple hours contacted me about the best places to take it and let me know it was my choice in AZ, not the insurance on who fixes it. I selected one and they took it straight over there. Very professional.

Wrecker driver was very kind, got there pretty quick, towed my jeep wrangler. He even gave me some names of places to possibly grab parts, and encouraged me to try and fix the jeep on my own if insurance fell through. It was a very stressful time and his kindness wasn’t expected but it was appreciated. Good guy.

Overall great experience. I did unfortunately need a tow on a busy Sunday, but that’s just something that happens, out of my and their control. I also was in no rush, which apparently deemed me as the "favorite customer" to the dispatcher. Very kind and helpful people. The tow truck driver was great, wish I could remember his name but I do remember that he was from New York. The price might seem high, but the trucks cost a lot and they all know what they are doing. If you need a tow call them.

Very friendly and gave me tons of useful information. Only complaint is they took the car to a tow yard farther away than the nearest one. Still would use them again though! Great prices too!

For a company that brags on its website about supporting the community, their drivers seem to be pretty lacking when it comes ethical behavior. I parked in a lot between my friend’s apartment complex and a FedEx store. My friend told me I could park there, I’d parked there several time with no problem and there were no signs anywhere nearby. I walked out to my car at 10:08 pm, and saw a tow truck and a guy taking pictures of my car. I ran over to him and told him "no, absolutely not" and got in my car. He was incredibly rude (and I didn’t use any inappropriate language despite what the tow company said in its response) and I asked him: can I not park here? He said: not after 10. I asked if there were signs and he said they were everywhere. There were none plainly visible from where I parked. So I pulled out and took pics of his license plate and then pulled up beside him to take a picture of the truck logo. He was very upset that I’d taken a picture "of him", even though he’d done the exact same thing. I told him I didn’t take a picture of him (even if I did he was in public so I can take pictures of whatever I want) that I was taking a picture of his vehicle, the exact same thing that he just did to my car. Then he said: I don’t know why you’re mad at me. And I said: it’s 10:09 And then he told me he was waiting there so he could start towing my car right at 10pm. How was what he was doing helping anyone? Who was it helping? The tow truck was taking up way more space in that parking lot than my car. The FedEx store was closed. There were tons of open spots in the lot. It was fewer than 10 minutes after the apparent no parking deadline, but if he could’ve gotten it done in 2 minutes my car would have been gone. Just because something is technically "correct" doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do. Getting aggressive and angry that I’m taking a picture of your car after you just took pictures of my car is CRAZY. And I have every right to document the name of a business that profits off of making people’s lives more difficult to the benefit of literally no one so I can make sure not to patronize that business in the future. And to tell my friends to do the same
