I was in need of a new Mechanic and found this place and I’m so glad I did. Amazing customer service and staff! Jake made sure all my concerns were handled and has one hell of a personality. And Robert is the BEST! National Auto sent me quotes over my phone which made things easy and convenient. The prices are incredible, a lot better than other shops! This is my new mechanic now and I will continue to speak great things about this place. Thank you guys!!!!

Currently working to take them to small claims for fraud. My jeep grand Cherokee was towed in there back in January because it wouldnt start. They said they looked at it and it had they were going to charge me $600 more for a "better diagnostic" since they had to look into the computer system. Then they proceeded to tell me it was the starter and I needed a new one. First off, they wouldn’t have needed to take the car apart to find that. Second, THEY NEVER REPLACED THE STARTER!! Last week, I took it into Avondale Jeep AND ITS THE SAME ORIGINAL STARTER! I am definitely getting my full $1600 back. The issue was that it just needed gas!! Was my first time at the shop and kind of impressed with the service? Didn't really expect to get such friendly service but it turned out that they were very nice and they were straight to the point. And yeah, overall, I trusted these guys.I think you'll do fine, give them a try.
