Andrew was awesome and did a great job on my car. Was thorough and very knowledgeable. Got my oil changed and a great DVI (digital vehicle inspection). Was quoted the work needed on the car and will be back to chip away on my old gal.

Half Price Auto Repair is hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever used — and I’ve used a lot. They’re located at Greenway & 32nd Street in Phoenix and they’ve earned my trust completely. Fair pricing, honest work, and they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. No games, no upselling, no surprises. Mike (the owner) is great to deal with, and Doug and Manny are both excellent mechanics — knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. The customer service here is on another level compared to most shops. If you want straight answers, fair prices, and quality work, this is the place. Highly recommend.

My son takes his truck here after finding it at random… and couldn’t stop raving about how awesome the experience was. Me being in the automotive business for over (40) years… I needed to see what the rave was about. He was definitely right. I was in for a routine oil change, and tire rotation… and was immediately welcomed my Mr. Mike, and shop manager Justin. Just… awesome guys. Multiple years of automotive experience between them (which was obvious from their terminology), and had a couple of jokes waiting for me seeing I have been in the business. The service was very timely, and affordable. What got me, was the way they did business while I was in the waiting room… they actually care about their customers. Which, you don’t seem to see in today’s market and etiquette. Justin and Mike would tackle action items with other customers receipts with the most cost effective solution… but also stern in their automotive knowledge and what needed to be done on the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this garage to anyone with any automotive needs, and just a solid experience… at an affordable price.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. From the second I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top tier. The entire process was smooth, fast, professional, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting an oil change. Mike especially deserves a HUGE shoutout. That guy is an absolute rockstar. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare these days to come across someone with that level of energy, honesty, and customer service. He made the whole experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. If every business had a Mike, the world would be a better place. I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. Exceptional service all around!

This place is busy! Get there early -like 7am early to get your spot in line. Met the owner - he got me in for a much needed oil change. Very through, very knowledgeable, extremely reasonably priced and best of all they make a girl feel comfortable! I was not sure what to expect by the name- but was pleasantly surprised! Did a great job, at a great price, good conversation and I was on my way. First time here and I will be back next time my car needs anything. Highly recommend.

Mike and Justin were fantastic! Was waiting a little while in the lobby for my Durango to get a recharge of Freon and they gave me a burrito at lunchtime since I was there for a decent chunk of time. Superb customer service, I didn’t feel like I was getting the run around, very thorough and easy to talk to. 100% recommend!!

The owner Mike and his staff were really professional and friendly. The shop was busy despite my appointment but they were accommodating and got the job done in a very timely manner. I will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend this place for your auto repair and maintenance needs!
