CARSTAR Automotive Collision Services

Honestly I loved the communication and constant updates. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and cared for. I got great customer service from Patty and get service from Matthew. Gave me advice and support. Fixed my rear car door. Finished in a timely manner and gave me lots of updates. I constantly called and never once did I get any rude communication. Patty understood my frustration and accommodated me really well. When I received my car back I was in awe I couldn’t believe how new my car looked it looked better than when I first bought it from the dealership and that says a lot. They gave me a breakdown of the repairs and showed me the car and walked me through the car to unsure everything was to my liking. Absolutely love. Gave me advice on how to maintain the car and things to consider especially for the paint job they did in the car. Definitely recommend 💯% below if the after and before

Highly recommend this place! I was so nervous about the collision repair process and finding a trustworthy place. I connected with Brett, he was very consultative and I had complete trust in the staff after a quick conversation. Would highly recommend. He and the team fixed up our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Elite customer service 👏

It was an absolute pleasure working with them. Very personable and kept me in the loop of the entire process and kept me updated. If I ever need body work again on a vehicle I’m definitely going back!

I had a fantastic experience with Car Star Automotive Collision! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly helpful and professional. The communication was top-notch; they were super responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. I was genuinely impressed by everyone I interacted with—from the friendly greeting at the front desk to the general manager making sure everything was perfect. They handled my repairs in a timely manner and made the whole process stress-free. Truly great people who care about their work. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank Michael and team at CARSTAR more for the work they did on my BMW M4. My car was unfortunately hit while parked at my work and the front bumper/carbon was completely destroyed on one side and my side mirror was dented, in addition to my wheel. Their attention to detail was amazing and they left nothing on the table. Michael was even able to provide services beyond want insurance would allow for to protect the vehicle, such as working with a local dealer to get my new front bumper paint protected before hitting the road. Overall, I highly recommend Michael and CARSTAR for any BMW or vehicle they can assist with. I know I will be taking my car there and all future cars for services with them as they are a top-notch auto body shop! I have attached photos from the day I picked it up and a cool shot when I was in Sedona yesterday. Also I included the photos of what it looked like right after the accident! Thank you CARSTAR!!!
