I cannot say enough good things about Michelle at Prestige Realty. My brother was in an incredibly difficult situation: recently homeless, with no credit history and a criminal record, but determined to get back on his feet after landing a job. Finding housing felt nearly impossible. Every lead we pursued turned out to be unreliable or a scam, and we were running out of options. Then we found Michelle. From the very first conversation, she treated my brother with dignity and genuine care. She understood his situation without judgment, took the time to truly listen, and got to work immediately. Within a short time, she had identified a legitimate, affordable apartment that fit his budget and his needs, something we had been struggling to do on our own for weeks. Michelle is the rare combination of kind, considerate, AND competent. She didn't just go through the motions. She advocated for my brother when it mattered most. For anyone navigating housing with a complicated background, limited credit, or just feeling like the system is working against them, Michelle is exactly the person you need in your corner. She gave my brother more than an apartment. She gave him a real fresh start. Thank you, Michelle. You changed his life.

Michelle is a life saver! She is so kind and understanding. I remember my first phone call with her and I was so scared and anxious about being able to find a 3 bedroom after a difficult year that affected our credit. I remember asking her on that first phone call if she thought there was hope in finding a home for my family under our current circumstances and she reassured me and I immediately felt relieved. Literally within a day of working with Michelle, she found 3 amazing complexes that fit all our needs. The next day she toured a place we fell in love with. Within a week we got our keys to a beautiful 3 bedroom and moved in. I cannot express how incredible Michelle is. If you feel hopeless about find a place to call home, then call Prestige Realty and ask for Michelle. I’ll never forget how much she helped my family.
