My Az Realty Team - West USA Realty

We have had the pleasure of working with our realtor Louisa for many years, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and deep knowledge of the rental market have made every step of the process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets her apart is the commitment to understanding our needs and going above and beyond to find the right fit each time. She is incredibly reliable, communicative, and proactive—always keeping us informed and handling details with care and efficiency. Over the past many years, Louisa earned our full trust, and we confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional. We are grateful for her continued support and look forward to working together for many years to come. We consider Louisa more than a friend and part of our family!

We have been working with Louisa since 2020 for all of our Arizona real estate needs, and she is hands-down our go-to professional. Over the years, she has helped us expand and manage our property portfolio, including navigating the purchase of two homes in Gilbert. She even helped us buy one of those properties entirely remotely while we were out of state in Virginia Beach! Louisa’s knowledge is unmatched; she has provided invaluable advice on tricky property management issues and expertly guides our investments year after year. What we appreciate most is her incredible patience. She answers every single question thoroughly, never rushes a decision, and always gives us the space and insight needed to make the right choice. We have recommended her to quite a few of our friends, and they have all loved working with her and return to her for their own real estate needs. If you want a professional who genuinely looks out for your long-term success, look no further than Louisa.

We have worked with Louisa since 2009 and have nothing but high praise for her professional expertise and practical ways she helped us all along the journey of buying a home that needed a lot of work, to helping us find rental property management company which helped meet our day to day expenses while serving as medical missionaries in rural Africa for 10 years. When we retired in 2025, Louisa did a phenomenal job in finding contractors, repair people, and a host of other services to upgrade and renovate "this old house". At the end of the day she and her team marketed it for more than we thought possible given its "tired" condition after 15 years as a rental. And she did this all long distance from Africa to Colorado. We had complete faith and trust in her ability to manage the whole transaction. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and can’t thank her enough for all her tremendous help as we look forward to retirement and being grandparents for the first time.

This was my first time purchasing a home and I had no clue what I was doing. Robyn and her team took what felt like a whirlwind and made it manageable. They helped me find homes to tour and guided me through the entire buying experience, making it so very easy. Robyn was one of the most helpful people I have ever worked with and I cannot recommend her and her team enough. In fewer than 8 weeks, I went from lost to a homeowner. If you're buying a home, you want Robyn and her team.

We could not sell our house for so long and kept getting turned away. Louisa went to pretty much the ends of the earth for us. She was very helpful and attentive. Super friendly. I had no idea what I was doing and she made the short sale process so easy! 🥰

Louisa and Riley are phenomenal to work with. I am the personal representative over my brother estate and it have been a long journey like a year to be exact and the two of them was right there by my side comforting me especially during this time my mother passed 3/6 and the support and love they showed me was priceless. I HIGHLY recommend them as your realtor team you will not be disappointed.

Riley was great! He was very responsive from the moment we reached out to him about a property. He took his time to always take care of us not only with the home find but mortgage, etc.
