Valley King Properties

I love Valley King. We first met with Aya 2 days ago and got approved for a house today. The house is beautiful and just what we were looking for. If you need help finding a place to live, definitely give her a call. She's the best.

I can’t thank Aya enough for everything she did for me. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me find the right home. What honestly amazed me most was how quickly and smoothly the entire process happened. The same day I met with her, she helped me find a house, apply, and get approved with absolutely no hassle! She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. Her communication, urgency, and dedication were top tier from start to finish. I truly felt like she was in my corner the entire time. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely works hard for you and gets results, I highly recommend her! I’m beyond grateful for her help and couldn’t be happier with my experience. 🙌🏾

This place is very amazing, would recommend it to all my friends an family, especially to go to Brandi DeSanta! she was and amazing person, kind, nice, friendly and very understanding she got me my place within 30 minutes literally and i went to go see it the same day and i asked to get approved the same day! she understood my budget, and she even thought abt future things if it would suit me, if the price was going to be ok. she made sure everything was right FOR ME! the whole process with just being w her and it being fast and easy, i just had to say my piece abt it. highly recommend😁🤩🥳

I originally had been connected with Aya since last year and voiced my interest in relocating to AZ. Although I wasn’t able to meet with her at the time scheduled due to my plane being delayed, she quickly got me connected with Kathy. And just like she said, I will be in great hands! Kathy made this process, super smooth, super easy, and affordable as possible for me. I really appreciate her going over and beyond for me and just being a wonderful, FUNNY and joyful human being, loving what she does best. A judgement free zone, confident and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Kathy annd this location of Valley Kings every single time! Thank you Aya for all of your support as well— you ladies made this such a smoothe process.

When I felt disenchantment from not being able to find an apartment that I qualified for, I was referred to 'Valley Kings' by a coworker. Upon arrival, Brandy DeSanta expeditiously greeted me and processed my paperwork. I was afforded a guided tour of a fabulous apartment I within the span of 20 minutes. 48 hours later I was approved! Brandy DeSanta is an empathic professional whose expertise and real-estate knowledge and connections- as well as reputation- proceeds her. Her word and housing referrals are golden. I call her my 'angel'. Valley Kings is the 'real-deal'; Brandy DeSanta is the 'truth'! I have recommended this establishment to all of my associates seeking housing. I recommended to everyone in this uncertain moment in their lives' to just trust and give Brandy DeSanta a call. She will make it happen!
