We had a great experience with our technician, Mario. He first came to diagnose the issues with our dishwasher and later installed the new one. Mario was extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so courteous and dedicated to great customer service. Mario was a wonderful maintenance guy who helped us out today. He was great at communicating, polite, and solved the issue of the non-functioning bathroom fan in our rental. He then politely asked if there was anything else we needed and then I remembered that there was a ceiling fan that was very squeaky. He called the management office to see if this was something he could address with the owner’s permission. Once he got it, he immediately went to get a new ceiling fan installed that is now as silent as a barn owl’s descent. I highly recommend Mario to address your handyman needs!

Our property manager in Phoenix, RPM Evolve, has been very professional handling any maintenance issues that we've had. They inspect the house every 6 months and give you an opportunity to write down potential problems, if needed. We always welcome a visit with their home inspector, Ron Singer. He texts us a heads-up before arriving and is very courteous and personable when he's on-site. My wife and I always have a nice chat with him during the inspection. We try not t delay him with prolonged conversations.
