Woody was great with my move-in process! Sergio from maintenance was also very responsive and helpful. His communication skills were excellent, and he made sure my concerns were addressed. I also had an issue with my security deposit, and Suylan Martinez was very helpful in assisting me with that situation. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far and really appreciate their help and communication during my move-in.

Augustin the maintenance and Christina the property manager are just great! Everything gets setup and done quickly and efficiently every time. I never make reviews about anything but I’m so satisfied with these apartments, especially after moving out of a terrible place I figured I had to make one. Keep the good work I love it!!

Uli Woody Ramirez assisted me with all of my questions and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I was able to lease the apartment I fell in love with, and although it needed a few things, he made sure everything was addressed right away and got it all squared away without any stress. He truly goes above and beyond for the people he helps and made me feel completely at ease, knowing he always has the tenant’s best interest in mind. I will absolutely continue recommending him, we definitely need more people like him!

My office manager, Chrissy is very dedicated and professional. She really do look out for her tenants and go the extra mile. The last office managers I had barely lift a finger , but here’s Christina doing everything she can with just one good arm. She is the blueprint of Dedication
