CVS
CVS in Phoenix offers accessible healthcare and prescription management. While the pharmacy team demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care and follow-through, the physical facility shows signs of wear that may impact the overall experience.
The store utilizes digital integration for savings and convenience. However, navigating the automated phone systems and ensuring consistent professionalism during interactions remains a primary area for improvement to better serve the local community.

Customer Reviews
CVS has a rating of 2.5 out of 5 based on over 180 reviews on Google
The service is always amazing here, I love the staff who are miracle workers despite being overworked and underpaid. I don't understand why this corporation acts like it doesn't have the money to avoid stores being run down into disrepair. The front door is broken and requires extremely significant force to open even from able bodied adults. It's already difficult enough to access the pharmacy with all the store closures taking place locally while CVS is basically a monopoly. This really does just add insult to injury.
This is one of the best pharmacies we have ever used. The service is always fantastic. The pharmacists and techs have bent over backwards to help us several times which we have greatly appreciated. Despite clearly being overworked/understaffed, they are kind and helpful. The pharmacy team is also awesome with calling us back and following through on issues. The other employees in the store have always been helpful as well. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the place itself is run down and needs a refresh-pretty rundown inside and out!
This is not a direct hit at this CVS specifically but the ones that are participating in the pilot program where you can't call CVS and speak to somebody that you must leave a message. What about people like my father who used to be a customer but we had to switch because of this specifically. Was unable to speek with a tracheotomy, underwent radiation on the neck messing up his larynx and airways so when he would leave a message no one would call back. He spoke in a rapsy whisper. Now I have switched and I have so much peace knowing if I have a question or need to speak with someone I can call and they will answer during this call (literally choose any pharmacy but CVS) - as opposed to waiting an hour to speak with someone. Now my son has never been sick he's 3 and apparently I didn't think to update his chart. Just had a telemedicine appointment to get a cream and now it's at CVS. I can't get the CVS app and I can't call them to ask if it's ready. So I just gotta go there and hope it's ready.
Can't speak to anyone about questions about a potential prescription. AI phone system only let's you leave voicemails. Won't be using CVS for prescriptions if they cant have simple customer service
I had a concerning and frustrating interaction with a pharmacist on May 5 at approximately noon. During this call, the pharmacist who assisted me communicated in a manner that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. As I asked questions to better understand the process and procedures for fulfilling my prescriptions, her responses came across as dismissive and lacked the clarity and support I was seeking as a patient. I was respectful and patient despite her incredibly difficult behavior. At no point during the interaction did her tone shift toward being more helpful or accommodating. As a result, I felt uncomfortable continuing the interaction and ultimately chose to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy, as I did not receive the assistance I needed. I believe that clear, respectful communication is essential in a healthcare setting, particularly when patients are seeking guidance regarding prescriptions, insurance matters, or fulfillment processes. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I do not recommend going to this pharmacy. Please avoid at all costs.
All my shopping and medications are all done through their app. I love it. Always use coupons and great savings all around. My goto app when I need things quick and convenient.
Thank you, Kevin . after a water pipe burst I needed a blow up color photograph for my insurance company. Thanks to Kevin. I got one quickly and got a $20,000 settlement on my homeowner's insurance. Thanks.
