CVS
This Phoenix pharmacy offers a mixed experience regarding customer service and operational efficiency. While some staff members demonstrate commendable dedication and helpfulness, others may struggle with consistent professionalism or provide limited assistance during busy periods.
The facility faces challenges with automated systems and staffing levels, which can impact wait times. However, proactive management remains committed to resolving grievances and maintaining long-term community relations for regular patrons.

Customer Reviews
CVS has a rating of 2.5 out of 5 based on over 367 reviews on Google
The enshittification continues with their pharmacy forcing you through an AI phone tree that loops and loops and loops while you run out of your medications. Forget trying to contact the front of store for a simple transfer to a real human person either!! They don't employ enough people to offer timely service, decent customer relations, or anything approximating their former reputation. Quit with the robots and pay REAL PEOPLE so we can get our meds.
The cashier was extremely busy because the customers were asking for help throughout the store. Nevertheless, he was not only efficient but very courteous to everyone of us. I had stopped at the register just to ask how to scan my barcode from the CVS app to self check out. Although he had to go elsewhere in the store to help the previous customer, he immediately returned and showed me how to perform the scan. A shout out to him for his friendliness, courteousness, and great customer service.
I regularly shop at this CVS because it’s the closest location to me. During my recent visit, I waited an extended time for a cashier named Christie, who was assisting in photo. She repeatedly told those of us waiting that she would come help us. After finishing and once I had already waited about five minutes, she came over only to direct me to self-checkout. I explained that I do not use self-checkout. She responded that this is how CVS operates now and said she would check me out at self-checkout so I would know how to use it next time. As a paying customer, I should not be pressured to ring up my own purchase when an employee is available and already stated they would assist. This was poor customer service, and I will be choosing to shop elsewhere.
This is my favorite CVS. Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. I've been getting my scripts filled here for 4 yrs now and hands down this is my favorite store all around. Not just the pharmacy but the whole store all together. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work!!;
I am changing my original rating. I had a very upsetting run in with an employee at this store who accused me of stealing, when I hadn’t, and had the proof that I hadn’t. I filed a complaint via email about the situation, and the store manager tried to contact me several times throughout the following month until he finally got ahold of me. His name is Jordan, and he was very kind. He helped fix the situation, and I am grateful for that. In this day and age, it’s not the norm to have the store manager reach out, especially repeatedly until they got ahold of me.
The lady at the pharmacy was super rude and short with me. I was super nice to her, but she barely looked at me and had a disgusting attitude.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, SOME OF THEIR CASHIER'S LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND SO THAT THEY CAN REFUSE TO ASSIST THEM. I WAS TRYING TO ADD MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT AND SHE ENTERED $3.40 NOT THE $304 THE BARCODE WAS FOR SO IT DECLINED AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO TRY IT AGAIN SHE LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME SHE'S COULDN'T EVEN THOUGH OTHER MANAGERS AND CASHIER'S HAVE DONE SO AT THIS EXACT LOCATION IN THE PAST AND I EVEN CONTACTED MY BANK WHO SAID THAT THE CASHIER COULD ABSOLUTELY RETRY TO SCAN AND ADD THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
